I am a business owner... I applied for a business bank of america visa card... For money in money out use for customers paying by cash and repaying there purchase with a credit card... Never was late with payments paid the balance... But but... Bank of america visa never told me that they charge a daily interest rate and inhinded charges on top of there monthly interest rate... Which we were unaware of... After three years... $15, 000.00 dollars of interest was added on to the visa card... Can this be real... How can they get away with this robbery... We finally got a loan and closed the acct. And please be aware of this horrible company... I hope this helps people out there thinking about a credit card for there business...

I received a call from michael anderson, [protected], who claimed to be a customs officer in las vegas. he informed me that I am a bank of america lottery winner. he told me to call bank of america in california at [protected] for a wire transfer code and a pin number. I called and received a recorded message saying they were holding 20 million dollars in an account for me. michael anderson said I need to pay 1% of 20 million dollars ($2000.00) in time payments or cash, to mr. bill bradley, president of the federal trade commission, for a final approval stamp. once the fee is paid, I can then go to the bank of america and pick up my money. the bank of america in my area said this is a scam. mr. bill bradley called my home at 10:25 a. m. today. I asked him to put notification of my award winnings in writing and transfer the money to the local bank of america in my area. i'm still waiting...

YES they did since the last 20-years. First I didn’t believe this story people shared online. After more evidences are collected and analyzed I am so convinced that Banks scammed, misled, stolen and control our politicians. These crooks are too clever, they own the majority U.S. trial courts and courts of appeals to give us a run-around. Banks hire corrupt lawyers inside out the courts (using the stolen moneys called lobbyist moneys) to give the impression that they use the right codes to dismiss cases, and they never want to go through trial for fearing the truth will reveal their secrecy. This affects the productivity of the country. WE’VE BEEN RIPPED OFF NOT ONLY ON OUR MORTGAGE, BUT ON OUR RETIREMENT AS WELL since the inception of Fannie-May Freddy-Mac, of the last 20 years to 2008 and more rip-off ahead. Attached are shared links I received via network, feel free to share. BANKS MOVE OUR RETIREMENT TO LEND TO US. Don’t jump to conclusion so quick on your 401k, IRA etc, if your numbers look good, that’s because Banks controls our 401k moneys, they give fictitious numbers on our reports like Bernard Madoff did to make believe you are not being scammed, but you will discover the truth sooner or later and no courts could help you. We all are victims of the 1%; Hillary will win because the %1 paid to have her do the dirty work for them, Learn their secrecy of stealing here and how corrupt authorities will bring America the ending calamity ahead: https://1drv.ms/f/s!Aqs7zg7dRLmHaiosKlumjfcYTQk

After my online banking session, BofA took me to a survey page & mentioned they are giving a free gift for taking survey. After survey, I selected a pendant for my wife. It said there is a S&H charge of 5.99. I paid using my credit card. After 15 days I saw a charge of 98$ on my credit card. I asked the company which sent the pendant why they charged 98$. They mentioned in terms of agreement it is written if I don't like the gift, I've to return it back within 14 days. Otherwise they will charge 98$. BofA has agreements with such Scammers, stealers, etc. I called their customer care, they mention put a complaint online. If you take a survey & rewarded for time you take, I don't understand why they advertise they are giving free gift when it is not FREE. Nothing is free in this world. Don't ever fall for these FREE stuff. That too from BoFA. They are the ultimate fraudsters.

When notified that the elite rewards program was ending, I immediately checked my account. I was able to purchase $100 gift cards to Macy's. Today I attempted to use two of the cards. BOTH of them were no good - no money on either one! This was the first time I attempted to use them.

I have had my account for 15 years. On Wednesday, [protected], I made a deposit via the ATM and made a withdrawal as well. Nothing unusual. Paper receipts and email receipts. Later in the day, I tried to make a debit purchase for sandwiches and it was denied. Very odd. Attempted to access my account online and it was gone. The website stated no such user. I tried to call to no avail. I used the chat feature online and after several transfers I was referred to a phone number for Risk Management. I called and was told my account was closed and that I was not owed an explanation. I argued that fact and was then told I violated the deposit agreement. I did nothing that day that I haven't done a thousand times in 15 years. I have gotten no emails, no postal mail, no nothing from Bank Of America. Even the branch referred me back to Risk Management. I intend to seek out the opinion of counsel. I am sure my remaining funds will be confiscated as fees. All the automatic payments are bouncing, checks rejected, etc. This has left my finances in a mess and will, I'm sure, effect my credit. I will ever do business with a major bank again.

Just received call saying they were from BofA and wanting to lower my interest rate. Became suspicious as they wanted more information from my card. Told them I would not give them any information except my expiration date. They then hung up. They called twice and these are the numbers they called from. [protected] and [protected].

I just received a scam/fraud phone text msg saying "BoA-Important Notification.Call [protected]. I am not familiar with this phone number so I called a Bof A customer agent to see if this was a legit phone number. She call the number and it said they sent me a text msg just a few minutes ago so the Bank Agent said it probably one of the business service so she connected back to (909) area code and they told me I had a security violation and they put a hold on my debit card. Next they wanted my full card number which I didn't give and call BofA customer agent and told them I still don't feel comfortable giving my info to the above phone. So he asked what the phone was and check and found not a number establish as part of BoA. So everyone be ALERT and disregard the [protected]. Also, the Bof A customer assoc check and found no security violation nor was my debit card place on hold.

I received a call and the person started to ask personal questions and he would not give any thing to us to know who he was with. He stated that he was going to close our account with bank of America when we have never been late and being up to date on our current account. Along with this he did not let us know the account or why he wanted to the information. I called your customer service and when on hold your message was tell us not to give out personal information to anyone on the phone when I said I didn't feel comfortable and he yelled at me saying I have the right to this information and that if I refuse to give my checking and saving accounts to him that he will close my account that is current and I always pay way over the minimal. So I called to talk to someone in management about this person and the customer service rep could not locate this person Vance no last name was given and he didn't call me back. I would like to talk to some one in this matter above. I think your company owes me this time to hear me out. I feel that your company has done business to us inappropriate an I am turning this over to my attorney if I do not get someone to contact us. on this matter above. I recorded you taped message that even tells your customers not to give out information that could be used as a stolen Identification per the questions that this person was asking. I didn't even ge a name he was very rude right at the start of the confirmation. I will check rot see if our account has be closed and if it has I will let my attorney handle this I will not be treated in this matter like I am a peice of crap I have been with your company for a long time and I have be a good customer. I would appreciate if you could get back to me on this matter Since your manager that his name is Vance or Vince couldn't be bothered to contact me back.
I worked for a credit card company here in Iowa for about 8yrs fist in credit department and then in collections then back to a department that gave credit on the account to the customer before going on to work at the bank side. So I would of never spoke to a customer that is current on their account. And I have been with your bank for to many years to get treated like this; *Please contact me at the e mail at [email protected]

Thank you for your time in this matter above I would rather pay my bills instead of fileing backruptcy on acounts. We have been good customers with your company.

When I got the mortgage loan from B of A, they offered me a free prima checking account, and asked to deposit some initial money in it. Four months later, when I wanted to use my checking account, I found out that the account was closed. I went to the branch, the worker there gave me the phone to call someone at the investigation department, and it kicked me to checking department, and checking dept. kept prefered me back to investigation department. Nobody can explain why my account was closed, and where is my money. Luckly, I just deposited a small amount. What is if you have thousands dollars in the account? it will be gone without a trace. It makes no sense to me at all that they couldn't find out why and where is my money. I gave up to call them for my initial deposit. Not worth my time and phone call bills. Couple years ago, I openned one checking account with BOA. And they sent monthly statements to my dad because we shared the same CD account. So I closed the account down. Two bad experiences with B 0f A checking services. I will try to stay out B 0f A from now on for any financial services. I am stucked with their mortgage loan now, but if I have a chance to refinance, I would choose another bank. They are thefts!

BOA is an perfect example of what does NOT work in America! I had my credit cards, mortgage, savings and checking accounts with BOA and it meant nothing to them when they jacked up my CC rates after I missed my payment dues date by one day and then missed my minimum payment by 82 cents! Both cost me my favorable 8.5% rate and after calling them to ask them to be reasonable and take into consideration my many years of charging and paying all their bills faithfully and on time, they rewarded me by reducing my credit line from $15K to $8K and because they did that, my outstanding balance now amounted to more that 80% of the credit line value so I was hit with another penalty and my interest rate went to 28.8%! Our AAA credit cards which were funded by BOA interest shot up as well and because my wife had her AAA credit tied into mine, her AAA BOA credit card rate went up as well! After spending countless hours on the phone mostly waiting after the automatic attendant placed me in Queue, I was not allowed to speak to anyone who had power to change the rates for me!

Seriously, I've had many banks in the past (Boston Five, Suffolk Franklin, Bank of Boston, Bay-bank, Citizens, Mt. Washington bank, South Boston Savings, Massachusetts Cooperative, and a few others) but I have never been treated with such disdain or impertinence and ultimately rudeness and disregard. Bank of America should have been allowed to fail so that perhaps out of the rubble a few decent SMALL banks could rise.

So about 4 weeks I opened up a B of A checking account. Long story short, my account got closed the second day after opening it, and B of A will not give me a valid reason. I only deposited $100 into the account the day I opened the account, and got declined at CARLS JR. the next day. So embarrassing! I called the man who opened my account and he said he would look into it and give me a call back, but that for sure the account was closed and I would be recieving a check with my money in 5-10 days. A month later and no cashiers check, just two forms 1) saying my checking account was credited $50 2) saying my saving account was debited $50. Okay, so where is my money? B of A will not answer any of my questions, and even the banker Juan won't even give me a call back. VERY UPSET about this. I am a 19 year old college student and just got ripped off of $100 that could had gone a long way for myself! If anyone has any suggestions of what I should do, or of someone I could contact to get my money back please comment.

Today I was checking my bank of America on-line transactions and saw one that I
wanted to inquire further so I clicked "on-line chat", who ever I was chatting with must have been located in a third world country. The English language was terrible to say the least. I was "HUMBLE requested to contact customer service . Humble!
Is this the norm for BofA to use a third world non English speaking people?

I opened a checking /saving account and the personal banker opened it with no problem. The next day I went to put much needed gas and the clerk said my brand new debit card came up STOLEN! Come to find out Bank of America closed my account the next morning without my knowledge stating that I don't qualify for a account? But they sure took my 200 dollars and now I have to wait to try and get it back! In this day and age they still don't know what's going on in each of thier departments? They won't even give me my money back at the same branch I opened it up at, I have to wait for a check in the mail! I HATE BANK OF AMERICA!!!

I just got off the phone with a Customer Service person. I over drafted my account I will take blame for that, my credit card is suppose to stop that from happening though. Talking to the person she told me that because of a "late payment" earlier in the month that my overdraft didn't work, it's their "policy". Mind as of the time when this occurred and now the credit card is fine no late payments at all, completely caught up. I just can't believe they would treat their customer base like this.

Not only are the poorest in customer service. Bank of Abuse (Bank of America) decided to close my account after a year for my having bad credit. Their so called consumer affairs simply decided to close all of my accounts and held thousands of dollars until they decided out of their ### to release my funds leaving my family pennyless for days. This is not the end Bank of America a lawsuit is coming your way!

BOA must teach their CSR's to lie, bully and manipulate and talk without saying anything. They use this tactic just to enrage the customer. They double talk and spout off whatever excuse they can find to keep their ill gotten money. This is why they have had a Class Action Law Suit thrown against them for this very thing. They still do it and always will. If you think you'll ever get a NSF charge reversed, it is false hope. They are wicked little theives hiding on the phone. A bunch of money grubbing little telephone trolls who know just what to say and do and babble. BOA either spends a large sum of money holding seminars teaching this behavior to their employees or they hire people right out of the pokey. I don't understand it because when it comes to their bogus NSF charges, all the REP's are united and behave exactly the same. BOA should stand for Bunch of A**holes.
