Was sent letter from complaints department, contacted them at the number on the letter, they could not verify it was me two times after being timed out and them asking for my cards sec code.
My original complaint was regarding an ongoing fruad investigation that no person has contacted me over the phone, email, or regular mail about what was happening. Told by existing claims department that it is being reviewed and within 45 days someone will contact me. No contact made. App shows inbox with message that says resolved on 05/27/2026 and this was denied by same representative over the phone who works in existing claims. I would like a complaint filed against the fraud investigation team for wrongfully filing my claim under delivery issue. My issue was a documented and ongoing identity theft problem that is tied to this account.
Claimed loss: 642.00 and the unacceptable amount of time wasted over the phone, filing the report, and talking to representatives who could not help me any further except to notate my account and a rep will follow up.
Desired outcome: paid for injury and 642 removed off account.
