I was scammed by a seller and bank of america is not helping with the matter even tough I have all the proof and they did their investigation and nothing they said they reached out to the other party and still nothing was solved! I called and waited for them to respond its been over 3 months that they stole my money it was not resolved i clearly dont understand how they cant just take the money out and put it right back i have the number why dont yall call them and set them up and take down these scamming people!

Claimed loss: 2800!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Desired outcome: To get my hard earned 2800 dollars back
