Feb , 2026. BofA, Brandon Proctor, Manager , Edinger Branch and Ryan Sheehan Vice President appeared to have lied to me. Promised resolution and played nice guys while stonewalling me to drag this out for now 6 months. Bank of America has lack of customer service and zero empathy.
After 5 weeks I still did not have a resolution, the charge for use of my $15,000.00, any account accesses no credit or debit card. No access to my investment accounts. Today again started with an attempt to collect a debt (my in arrears CC, LOL) transition into 1 hour of on hold, transfers and people who can’t help……..
Bank of America is incompetent from top to bottom especially the fraud department
I was in Paris, France. I am now in Rosarito, Baja, MX. On June 3rdI received a text. That huge withdrawal had taken place on my account. I verified it was not me or authorized by me.
A known (to B of A) fraud had taken place, and my checking and savings were drained to Zero. Call B of A fraud. 18p hours later I was stuck in Holland. Little cash no debit or credit card working. B of A Fraud number now rejected my phone call?
Claimed loss: Large but undetermined. VP stated he would give me $100,000.00 but it would not fly with his bosses.
Desired outcome: Restate my credit score, financial reparations for loss of funds and disgraceful treatment.
