My credit card was fraudulently charged with $8700+ dollars in February 2026 and the money disappeared. The bank continues to debit my account for the money. The fraud department has not been able to find out who took it or where it went. They reopened the claim 3 times and have no resolution other than a letter stating that they can't find the money. Calling in and complaining has no effect.
