On june 1st I went to bank of america branch. I was requested to manager able to allow me pick up my withdraw. They made a deicion delcine on me no reason without explain. They keep hold my kids checking. Its not their money. I feel like this violent of policy. Since I am been waiting almost 1 month. Its suppose I am pay for rent. Bills, my kids's need. This too much for my bad experenice
