Once again I took heed to everyone and decided to give A&W another chance...THEY SCREWED UP AGAIN PEOPLE!!! I ordered the limade thing which DOES come in a mug. When it arrived to my table I was pleasently suprised that it tasted pretty good although im not much of a fizzy soda taste.About midway through my sip I discover locks of hair floating in my drink OH and BTW served by the same waitress I had the 1st time I visited. Now It wouldn't be as much of a big deal if it were just a strand of hair, but to have locks of it just is poor effort on their part and plain disgust! Im sorry to say but A&W is out of my list in restaurants I like.If there are any new suggestions on new places to eat in the superior WI area that people would like to reccomend I would gladly vist them and give my opinion. Thanks
