This business has some interesting services. We evaluated them for a client and as such had to pay for some services and now six months later after repeated requests we have not been able to cancel. They continue to charge our credit card. And the kicker is the services we were "testing" we were told were 'free'.

Our agency has been using Vendasta for white label fulfillment for a little over a year. We've had a very positive experience with the onboarding team, Justin Baiby and Kristin Brown. They've walked us through every step of the way, and were always available to help us with unique client challenges. Highly recommended!

Vendasta has been pretty good to work with over the last couple years. They definitely care about my company and it's success. The good thing is you have a personal rep that keeps up with you and helps you along the way. My rep, Edzel Pereira is pretty awesome and takes time to help me whenever I need it. They do what they say they do for sure.

Beyond helpful support after sign-up, really couldn't ask for better customer service. Tools work great, loads of helpful assets and the onboarding is meticulous. Vendasta Has Grown Into Full Digital Agency Outsource Platform. I have been in the digital space for quite some time, and in fact so long that I used Vendasta back in the day to just generate a local digital analysis (local online footprint) when that was all they offered. I used them for my local SMB customers as part of my sales process/secret weapon. Well fast-forward 10+ years and I am re-introduced to Vendasta and to my surprise and delight this company has grown into a full digital agency outsource platform with a multitude of learning resources and a sharp, patient boarding team. I have to call out Ryan for being patient and Sumit K Uzir for a detailed onboarding experience. I have implemented quite a number of tools and technology in my years and they have and will set you up for success. Keep up the good work it's a breath of fresh air in a crowded SAS space.

I've been working with Vendasta for nearly a year and I must say that the gray/white label services they offer has helped my Digital Marketing Agency business expand not only our own service offerings to our clients, but also has provided our business with many services that we now use internally to help manage our sales and client processes. Vendasta earns my 5-Star Rating not only for their front-facing Partner Growth Management Team (I've been having weekly scheduled meetings - at my request - for the past 6 months which has greatly helped my own understanding of their vast service catalog), but they've earned that rating because of their online Vendasta Academy and community forum. I've recently started sending my team members into the Academy's many online courses and it has ignited passion within both my sale team as well as my project management team. And on my end, I can see who has taken the time to actually learn and improve their knowledge as become more valuable to our company. . The will refuse to cancel your services even after the contract expires and will keep coming up with excuses as to why they cannot just cancel the service they provide. First they will tell you that you have to speak with your account manager who doesn't return calls. When you finally get a hold of said account rep you will be told he/she needs to talk to their manager to try to kill more time before the next payment is due. When you finally get to talk the manager it may be "too late in the day to cancel...blah blah blah" and the ONLY way to stop this broad daylight robbery from occurring as per the credit card company is to cancel the card altogether due to the fact that even THEY cannot stop these crooks from charging your card completely fraudulently without any kind of consent from their clients. I would think TWICE before handing over my CC details over to these pirates. Dodging client's calls and providing every excuse under the sun to prevent you from cancelling your subscription. They will promise the world to you when you are signing up but then when push comes to shove the reaility is far different after they got you subscribed to 12 months and they flip the script and you now have to chase THEM to get anything and anywhere. Severe case of over-promise and under-achieve, perhaps due to overly ambitious sales reps driven by a closing bonus. I Wouldn't be suprised if all of these reviews are from their on employees (speak of revolving door! 3 different account managers in 12 months). The platform may be a good fit for bigger agencies but is overkill for anyone just starting out.
