Supervisor Karen and AM Lead Bonnie not being fair at all and not doing their job correctly and not rotating people like they should be doing/let them stick with same job and I've a speech impairment they stick me with dishes cuz no one don't like it at all/or whatever their accuse is and think I'm being disrespectful and writing me up/putting me in discipline cuz of my behavior not right at all and favoring these kids/let them do what they want to do/on their phones instead of working. I'm glad its my last days today and don't have to worry about it anymore/they panic attacks everyday. PM lead Maria and production Supervisor Craig they are awesome especially maria!

My granddaughter received medical care in ER at Advocate Hospital in Park Ridge and one of the doctors kept billing me for the balance which was insurence discount .I tried to resolve the issue two times however they kept demanding payment and even i submitted them EOB showing they were wrong it was send to collection agency.

On November 21, 2020 I came in to get some lab work done. I brought the doctors order with me to get TSH, T3 and T4 done. They asked me if I wanted other lab work done since I was here, and I agreed I now regret. They drew my blood and it said it would take 3 to 4 weeks for the results to come in. Since they saw that my TSH was normal, they decided to not do the T3 and T4, even though the doctor ordered it. It is March now and I am still waiting for them to review my case because I asked to not pay for a test that I have already taken. This was their mistake. I have called literally over 20 times since November and people have told me they will call me back and they never do. This is absolutely ridiculous. These tests are being taken because I am not sleeping and I need these results. They decided to not take the doctors orders and make their own decision! I am extremely frustrated and cannot believe they would ignore a doctors orders and then ignore me completely.

I am receiving treatment for anxiety and depression. After a day and a half of "group" therapy, I was pulled into a break out room, me and 3 "Drs" where they proceeded to tell me what I COULDNT TALK ABOUT. I was then told that I could try and find my own therapy. I will be going public with this scam we call treatment.

My daughter went in for her depo in November 2020. The doctor asked her her if she had any issues as she had been on depo for a year. Evidently by asking the question fell under a new CPT billing code not covered by insurance. This is after 4other misbillings in 2020. By far the worst healthcare organization in Wisconsin

Contacted office in Greenville, wi about tick bite where head of tick was still in. They were booked up and said I needed the head removed and to go to Aurora Urgent care in Neenah, Wi. I asked if I could wait till next week. They said I needed to get it removed otherwise it could be infected. So I go to Neenah. While waiting people came in with covid symptoms and sat in chairs till room at desk. They were told to wait in car. NO one cleaned the chairs they were sitting in. I get called in pretty quick to get tick head removed. Attendant said no need for that, she had already called in a prescription to my listed pharmacy even before seeing me. Complaint is they could have ordered the prescription when I first talked to Greenville on the phone and other complaint is I may have been exposed because no one was cleaning anything in the waiting room and my trip to Neenah was not necessary. Now I feel like I have to self quarantine because I MAY have been exposed. II lived with my wife, and if I have it I may give it to her. All unnecessary.

Have been waiting for complicated paperwork to be resolved for an expensive medication NUCALA. I just received my authorization for co pay assistance and called into the specialty pharmacy with my script. I was told by the pharmacy it would be sent next day to my home. Not wanting to miss such an expensive rx or leave it on my doorstep I took a day off work to wait for it to come. Unknown to me the Drs nurse delayed the order. So I called the pharmacy and replaced the order and again was assured by the pharmacy it would arrive next day. So again I take the day off and again it doesn't show. I call the pharmacy to find out Ashley had cancelled the whole rx and not called to let me know. You can imagine my anger and frustration with this . I apparently had missed an appointment and boy did Ashley make me aware with her spiteful tone and attitude. Now I have an appointment to see the dr with no possibility of medication that I need. No excuse for this kind of plain nasty patient care. I guess I'll start the process over with another Dr and provider

Called for an estimate on a procedure. Billed 3 times the amount. Just because a disclaimer is read you are responsible for the amount billed. Billing manager is rude and has no sympathy.
I am filing multiple complaints, including the state commissioner. I suggest you tell the patients to call back after procedure is scheduled for more accurate. Due to my cancer I could have had it covered for free at another facility
