My wife needs a CT Scan done, and the hospital is takin their time gettin authorization. It's been a real hassle tryin to get this done. We've been waitin for days now and still no word. I don't understand why it's takin so long. The staff here at Stormont-Vail Healthcare, Inc. ain't been very helpful either. They keep tellin us to be patient, but it's hard when you're dealin with somethin like this. I just hope they can get their act together soon and get this CT Scan scheduled. It's frustratin to say the least.

Dr. office not handling forms properly - always asking for them. My husband and I have been with *** for 20 years. He drives for work and can't answer calls. They were told to call me if they can't reach him. They keep asking for the form allowing them to talk to me about his medical stuff. They've asked for it 5 times in the past year. We filled it out twice and they lost it both times. Today, they say they can't talk to me because they don't have the form. It's ridiculous to keep filling out a form they should already have. That's not good customer service or patient care. My husband can't get the care he needs because of this and it's dangerous.
