My son was given $125 in gift cards for Christmas. Takes to store at Monroeville Mall, to find out that no store takes the gift cards due to system upgrade done by your company. If you know gift cards are out there with your name as the main logo, why are they able to be purchase. Where is my son supposed to use the cards at? Who is going to give him back the money? There is nowhere in my area of Pittsburgh PA that we found that takes the cards. So, what do we do now. My son is pissed; he loves you all's pretzels especially being a very picky eater.
