Auntie Anne's review: Unfair Employee Treatment

I have worked for Annie's for a very long time. I have seen people come and go with some sadness. Management has changed, and although it was thought to be a good thing, I see many problems that have caused distress. There is favoritisim with management. There is a guy that got hired - really don't know how or why because he is a slug. He doesn't do anything - but was basically hired because management donates pretzels to his family's organization. There are several other EXTREMELY hard workers who can't get anywhere because of this new management and the fact that they do NOT treat their employees fairly. Management doesn't care about their employees - they are not paid enough, there are no raises for work performance, just basically work you back side off for nothing. They continue to hire new people and cut other employee's hours back. People are struggling to make ends meet - treat everyone fairly, award employees with bonusus. And encourage them to do better, give them the opportunity to advance and do new things. Management sucks currently - and it needs to change.
