Called the 611 first and spent an hour with no resolution so decided to go into the local store to find information about my online order and whether it went through or not. Was greeted with disrespect and disdain for my presence there, as if I was wasting their time. The two service reps told me to go to the other store. I asked if they can just look at my account and they told me I had fraud and to go to the cooperate office on the other side of town. I asked how do you know I have fraud and they looked at each other and said that they couldn't help me. I felt very uncomfortable being there. My wife was with me, and she experienced the same as I.
Desired outcome: An apology and/or to have better customer service reps at this store.
