Aspen Dental Unprofessional

Went for appointment to Aspen Dental. Hoping to get my permanent partial. Did not get what I expected. Instead got a runaround again. Was told by a staff member that it was time to get my permanent partial. That the dentist would probably to the impressions and start the process. When the dentist came in I told him that the temporary partial was loose and I could not eat or talk with it. Was told by the dentist that there was nothing that he could do and that I could not get my permanent partial. That I had to go back to the periodontist for treatment. I stated that he was going to do the same thing they did the deep cleaning ( if that is what Aspen dental did because I was charged for it). The only extra was the laser surgery on the top right tooth in which Aspen dental isn't qualified to do. . I asked why should I have another deep cleaning if it was already done. Got no reason why when I asked. Then he did some adjustment on my temporary partial. Now it is more loose so now I can not wear it at all. I feel that I was ripped off by Aspen dental. I did not make another appointment back because all they were going to do was another cleaning. That is all Aspen dental seems to know. I feel that the treatment I received was very poor. Never in my life have I been to a dentist that keeps giving someone the runaround. I would never recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

Desired outcome: Want the money back for the temporary partial which cost $955 due to it being loose and not able to eat with it. Also the service not done in which I was billed for and paid for the Periodontal Scaling and Root in the amount of $1, 112. .

I was charged for a cleaning and flouride and told it was not covered under my delta dental insurance. It was $285. I happened to be renewing my delta dental and saw the open claim. Aspen Dental Product and service 2/16/21 Unethical behaviour scam.

I have been billed for and lied too about a promotion that has been going on since later part of 2020 to Sept 9th 2021, I was informed of this promotion after the fact and billed for full price I would like to have a revised bill and pay the promotion fees as promised by your company. The office in Prescott Az told me that they did not have to honor any of this and continue to charge full price. The policy of if they don't ask don't tell dose not work with the public these days and the media loves news like this. I am only asking for the right thing to be done hear I am a Vet on a budget that is why I need help. But To be used in a fashion in which I fought for freedom is a fight that I should not have to do in my own country.

Desired outcome: resolve an issue off adjustment of 785.00 finial dentures not received yet.

Frustrating as it may seem, most promotions are not available on previous services. This can be for a variety of reasons.

Best thing you might do is find another dentist you like and start going to him or her.

Aspen Dental Dental - ABH IL

I am writing in regards to the billing manager at the Moline office. After having teeth pulled I was fitted with partials and dentures. The partials were an issue from day ONE. I wore them until the next day as instructed and could NOT get them back in to fit correctly. There was a 1/4 inch gap between the partial and my gums. They did not fit right and the metal piece fell off when the dentist TRIED to fix them. They shoved them back in my face and sent me on my way. Well the next day once again I could not get them to fit. Once again I went back for a visit and they attempted to fix the issue. I wore these partials THREE times. When I asked the billing manager about the charge for something I cannot use she said well they are discounted. REALLY the discount was $217.80 I paid on my care credit $871.20. Then they had me pay $108 on the bill when I still have money on the card. I am asking for a refund for the temporary partials that I only wore THREE times. Account # [protected].

Aspen Dental Dentures from aspen dental

I had a full set of dentures made and have so much trouble with the lower denture they had to remake it. In doing that they turned some of the teeth now I have sharp edges that are hard on the tongue on top of that food gets between the gum and the teeth on the inside. For the amount of money these dentures cost they should like they came from a cracker jack box.

Aspen Dental You I was charge over 8,000.00 thousand

In 2018, I went to aspen to fix my teeth. They look at me (Mary Vaillancourt) we talk and come up with a plan. The total bill was 8.044.20. I went through a Dental First Financing. Then all of sodden, I get a bill for a bill for 666.00. I just want to know why I was double charge. My account number is 9858401 I hope this helps. The office I went to is in Sarasota, FL on 5321 University Pkwy, unit 120. I try to talk to someone by sat there for at lease an hour and nothing happen. Aspen Dental My partials

Hi there My name is Tammy Dupree I went to your company in Suffolk, Virginia on main street. I had to get one of my tooth pulled and the Lady Dorsey who used to work their, we came up with a price for more work to be done. I didn't have insurance, so I went through the genesis account. It had my partials included in the price. We came up with the price to come out of my pocket was 748 now this new lady name Blair said I have to ay 2000 and some dollars. I signed the contract for 700 and some dollars. I am very disappointed with your company. I feel like that said everything to get me in the door and I feel like they took advantage of me because I was in Pain. I told people that I new How kind the workers were. Well I guess that was a set u as well. At the end of everything Dorsey came up with me coming out my pocket no more than 300 and some dollars if I was to get some insurance for $43.

On The first visit they welcomed me with open arms, very friendly.
John, came up with a plan, to pull all my teeth, He made temporary dentures, that I didn't want or authorize them to do this. after complaining about how my teeth would fit properly, they were huge and looked like a ORANGUTAN MONKEY, they became defiant and rude.

We believe that we should be refunded our money. Nothing was done doing to improve, getting new teeth. They were very high on left side of mouth and no way could they fit properly, I wasn't even able to chew a potato chip, let alone a steak. The implants are so painful on a scale of 1-10, #8 for pain. I've not been able to chew any food since August 17, 2020 when we celebrated my Mother's Birthday, Since then I have had to be put my food into a food processor and drink my food to get my nutrition. I rinse my mouth after I drink anything and they foam from infection.
Please help us, we have many pictures and copies of x-rays.

Aspen Dental Dentures

There was a new aspen dental in melrose park, il. I was missing a tooth on the top and had a partial on the bottom. I wanted my smile back after hiding behind the mask due to covid. They did the xrays and the dentist said All my teeth needed to be removed but they would provide me with a beautiful smile the same day. I trusted them even though I knew better. I went into the finance office and paid half of the bill. The morning they were going to do the extraction they expected me to pay the balance which I did. They extracted all my teeth and tried to place the denture which I gagged on because it was to big for my mouth. They put the dentures in a cup and sent me home telling me to come back tomorrow. By tomorrow I was in so much pain and was swollen I wait a week before I went back. They realigned it but I was still unable to wear it. Went back 1 more time and the realignment material tastes like a toxic glue. I have never been able to use them. The next month I got a bill for a hundred dollars which they said they took care of since my bill was paid in full. There was another bill they sent saying my dental insurance wasn't valid and I owed the full amount. I was insured and gave them the info again. Now I've received a bill for 654 and when I called this morning was put on hold then hung up on. Called back it went to voice mail. I've lost 15 lbs can't eat, can't smile but the worse part is my speech. Im a nurse and need to be able to communicate with pts and families but they look at me like I'm drunk because my words are not clear. All I wanted was my smile back and now I'm left with nothing and they should be held responsible!

Aspen Dental , Grand Prairie ,Tx. 75051 , started off so happy thought I had found some professional Dental people to work with and making me a set of Dentures ,both Top and Bottom . Did all the impressions and x-rays , finally came the day to go pick up my Dentures , Well I am really sorry to say they didn't fit , and further more the doctor or asisstant or the Lab technician , none of these 3 so called professional dental people knew what to do. As of right this minute I have been waiting for 3 hours for the so called office manager to RETURN my call . My Advice is DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL

My bottom denture broke went in on Sept.20 2021 Now it is Oct. 7th 2021 still have not got them back I CALLED them several time a day it always go to voice mail they never return my call . When I finally get someone she tells me to call at the end of the week I did this but still no denture at this point I may never get them back

I went to Aspen starting in Jan 2021. Went for a tooth ache, in which the tooth was pulled. While there xrays were done. Aspen Dental Bill Padding and fraud

I went to Aspen Dental in Grants Pass, Oregon back on 1/13/2021 to have a chiped front tooth fixed. They said they could correct it give me Crowns on them along with the 2 eye teeth on the side of the 2 front teeth. They said my "smile" would be better. I agreed then went to the care plan person who took my 2 insurances info. She stated I would need to pay $1064.00 that day and after looking at my insurances she said if it is more they would bill me. They gave me temp crown until my permant came back from florida. My temp on my eye tooth broke so I went in & they fixed it. On my way out they stated I still owed $600.00 that my ins. didn't cover so I paid that on 1/31. I went in in for my permanent set then on my way out they said I still owed $447.10 for balance due so I paid that on 3/11. 1 of the eye teeth came off again on the perm crown so I went in & they put a stronger cement on it to hold it. On my way out they said "no charge" you are good. I have paid a total of $2111.10 out of pocket with 2 dental plans. I then got a bill for 1128.50 do when it was time for my next appt I canceled because they over charged my & I thought that was wrong & won't be coming back. She said she would research it then called me back & said it was an error on their part. I told her to cancel my appt as I didn't trust their billing. I called yesterday (8/3/21) & spoke with Holly who was of no help at all & it really upset me so I did get angry but it was only after she said the cost was more due to the additonal crowns they did. I told her they did NOTHING but put the crowns on my 2 front teeth & the eye tooth next to each front tooth making it a total of and nothing else. I told her that was wrong but she said that is what was on the chart. I told her it was wrong as in Nov I had a crown put on by a different dentist & no additional needed to be done. I don't have enough teeth to put additional crowns on. We did argue about it & said she couldn't change what was on the chart, I told her I have in the medical field (claims & apppeas/grievance) so I know providers can put down whatever they want to so they get more money. I need this issue resolved because I should NOT owe any additional money them additional money. Please adjust the $1128.50 they are charging me for services they did NOt provide. Thank you & I will be waiting for the result. Cherie Wirth (DOB 11/26/[protected]. This office is billing for services they DID NOT do which is illegal. I will not & can not afford to pay any additional money tot them.

Aspen Dental Initial appointment

On 05/06/21 I had my first appointment. My sole purpose was to have three missing teeth replacement, I received some x rays and what they called Pero SRP cleaning. My insurance company Humana gold covers one yearly cleaning and x rays. I was charged $1, 122.00 of which I paid $122.00 directly at the clinic. I was advised to do a third party financing thru "Care credit"for the remaining $1, 000.00, I did so thinking that the thousand dollar would go to further treat ment, however this did not reflect in the billing. After two additional visits with their accounting dept.I did not receive a good explanation, only I was advised about additional charges to come, .
I now feel that I wasted $1, 122.00, I still have three missing teeth and have to pay monthly installment charges to "Care credit" for what ?I have no clue.
I am not in a habit to complain for services I receive, however I feel now that I have wasted $1, 122.00.
