Aspen Dental review: Aspen dental healthcare finance

Let's put it short an to the point., went there got a loan thru there healthcare finance partner, it was a 2 yr loan $100 a month. In feb this year. I missed a few payments but they charged my account my account 2 times or more each month $20 $25 $98.99 each time they took the money out of my account they did it more, I called they told me the $25 an $20 was late payment an charged for declined payment. They said they will keep trying to get the payment an it don't matter how many times if it's declined i'll get charged again n again. 1 month a got charged $425. Ok so I told them I haven't even been back to aspen I want to cancel my loan. They told me I had to contact aspen let them no so they can let us no. I called aspen in fact they informed me there was a overcharge on my account of $1057.09 they will send it over to the financial company an they will apply it to my refund that i'm owed. They gave me a ref number. So then I called back the finance company told them. They informed me they applied the $1057.00 to my balance. Plus the $ i've been charged with a amount over $2000 already I paid into it so now they say they are keeping my balance as is. I still owe an once again. Keep in mind this is a 2 year loan! I told them aspen sent that $ to them for my refund of over payment. They said sorry. I'm fukn pissed
