I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Ashley Furniture I purchased a bedroom set specifically for out-of-town guests arriving for Christmas and New Year’s. At the time of purchase, the store manager personally assured me they had 'lots in stock' and that delivery would not be an issue.
Now, less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, I am told the headboard is on 'extended delay' (a week late) and won't arrive until after my guests are already here. This is a classic bait-and-switch on availability. Their only solution was a partial delivery and an apology. Terrible communication and even worse execution.
Recommendation: Just overall terrible
