Unfortunately we had to cancel our order (with 24 hours) for an item that was in stock. Within 24 hours we got a call from the delivery team that wanted to schedule a time to deliver. Which surprised us since we had talked to the sales agent and explained we did not want the item anymore. Their sales receipt stated that cancellations within in 48 hours we credited to out credit card. We canceled in less that 24 hours.
Now we are getting the phone run around and lame excuses, So far they gave hung up on me 3 times and their phone forwarding has me forwarded to some that speaks nor understands no english.
No wonder CostCo does so well...
