I work in Argos, the walthamstow branch. All the employees are not happy with the stockroom manager. so how to staff complained abot it?

    not too impressed by that response, you cant just go jumping straight to head office over every little thing. there are correct ways to handle these issues and most deffinatly these should be dealt with as locally as possible, by that I mean in store

    if youre unhappy with the stockroom manager then speak directly to the manager, no matter who else you speak to its the manager who will eventually deal with it anyways. if however the manager and stockroom manager are friends, which often happens, then you speak to the area manager. if that fails you climb the ladder from there, if you go running directly to the top youre going to get caught up in some nasty games

    hi iam making this complaint about aggos in drigheda co louth i went there on the wednesday befor christmas to buy some toys for my chrildren and did all phe paper work went to the counter to pay and was told that they would not take 100. euro nots and there was no singes uo to say the would not take 100. euro nots i asked why and was just told they would not exept them and i ask the manager and managers they just did not care so i sad i would go to smiths with my money and they haid no problum takeing it .i then tiol the manager i will be makeing a full complaint and about a person also who put argos books out side my door and i fell over them so will some one sort this mess out soon or i will sue argos for litering out side my home and a very poor service on christmas .
