American Income Life Insurance review: Employee of this company

First of all I have NEVER heard of a business that allows their employees to act the way they do. I take care of an elderly veteran with health issues and he received a phone call yesterday from ALAN phone number 254-343-1820 and let me start by saying this man makes me sick. He calls this veteran and threatens him numerous times over the phone call and tells him if he doesnt sign up with him he will find out how to stop his VA benefits that he has done it before. Our friend whom he was speaking to hung up on ALAN and he returned his call and left a voicemail chuckling asking if he got disconnected because he "had a stroke on him!" (i have a screen shot of this voicemail where he does mention his name and it shows his number!)

I called the number and spoke to Alan last night and let him know i would be filing against him. this is not okay. He made it clear there are multiple men in the company and noone would know it was hm. Funny i have his exact number and again a screen shot of the voicemail he left and it shows his name and number.
