I can login on the website, but when I try to login on the app is just spins.

Always says wrong password. And I write mine down In notes. Or it just kicks me out of app. Web page is also glitchy
Beware
I was involved in an auto accident and actually notified national general the claims adjuster lied and said I did not notify them.
Not working
It say our policy is not supported by the app but we can get on the site from our home computer. It actually worked a month ago but nothing now.
App crashes
I can’t even open the app. First time I logged in, tried to make a payment & app froze and chased. Now I can’t open the app, crashes as soon as I log in
Can’t even use app
Every since time I try to log in on the app I can’t. It starts up okay then as soon as I go to log in it instantly crashes. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and still isn’t working.
App requires constant closing and opening
I am a new customer of National General and I have a serious problem with the app. The BACK arrow doesn’t work at all. If I get into a menu I want to back out of, I have to close and reopen the app. Super frustrating.
App doesn’t work
If your going to provide an application for easy access, perhaps verify that the app actually lets the user login. The app is utter garbage and half the time it doesn’t even work. Fix your app or simply don’t have one.
Awful customer service
Each time I call to make a general question they are rude it feels like they don't even want to do their job. I call today and I was in the middle of the question when they just hang up on me.

I have just started to use this assurance, until now I have no problem and I cannot review the company, but the app does not allow me to program a auto pay. In the current days is not cool a company like that does not offering it.
Terms/Conditions can’t be read bc of sketchy website

Can you please fix the terms and conditions website to where I can see it? Safari won’t allow me to due to the website may be impersonating nghcprivacy.com to steal my personal or financial information. I can’t make an account unless you fix this.
Payment Issues
I made the payment, an as soon as I did it said that my card declined, althought there was a couple hundred extra in my account. Took the money out, yet it still says its not paid. Wait times up to 30 minutes plus. Can't log into the app either now 280 dollars from a late payment because I can't use their service, is up in lala land.
No frills app, but works
Basic features in mobile app, but … it works! Was able to login without issue. Unlike another review said, I want prompted for my policy number (had already registered on website) and just needed to enter my username and pass. Had my policy info and payment info/history. Probably a fair amt of more features but had what I wanted & need
General Garbage
From the get-go, this company and this garbage app are problematic. No documents posted in app, yet they inundate you with emails and calls of policy changes if action is not taken. Calls are not taken on their end as nothing gets addressed or answered. Makes one realize the price paid taking a second rate insurance company. Avoid this company like the plague.The app is pointless and has nothing to display.
App and Web page are Crap
I was a huge Allstate Fan. I use a broker and was recommended to use this sister company of Allstate. My main problem though is this app and the website. I save logins and passwords for everything. I tried logging in on the app and website and I get one of the two errors. The main one is to make sure I’m entering the correct policy number. Well unless on the paperwork and cards I was given that have policy number is wrong, there’s an issues on their part. It recognizes my user ID but not password. Ok so let’s reset. I reset and I get an error that Username or Password is incorrect. This happens on both the app and website. Maybe it could be User error or maybe this tech nerd is finding a flaw in your login. I’ll make a call tomorrow. Hopefully I don’t run into bad customer service like the reviewer before did to fix this.
