On 8/2025 I signed up with this company to have my AC looked at because it wasn't cooling, when I signed up it said that they did not focus on pre-existing conditions which is the only reason that I accepted this contract because the last thing that I wanted to hear was that, and that's exactly the first thing that they came up with saying they where denying this claim based on some pre-existing condition, I have asked several times to speak with a supervisor, have gotten the runabout, I have asked several times to cancel this contract and issue a full refund for service call and 3 months of membership already paid with no response, they did not honor the contract that they sold to me and either fix my AC or give my money back.
Claimed loss: Service Call = $125 3 Months Membership = $87 × 3 = $261Total of $261+ $125 = $386 for all
Desired outcome: Fix my AC or issue a full refund for service call & 3 Months of paid Membership, Cancel contract after that
