Lincoln Insurance Agency Inc. is not good. I been with them for over 2 years and just got full coverage. The next day, my car got hit while parked in front of my house. I called my adjuster and they tried to say my story had holes in it and complained about me not getting full coverage when I first got the car. I was happy with them before, but now they don't want to fix my car. Even if I had an accident 1 hour after updating, they can't tell me I can't have accidents within 24 hours. They've had my car for 2 weeks now and it's stressful because I have 3 kids and I'm by myself. I keep my cars clean and value them, but now my whole damn car is smashed and they're being rude. Towing is part of full coverage, but now they have mixed feelings about fixing it.

I stopped my insurance with Lincoln on May 19th by phone. They didn't tell me I had to write a letter to cancel. Now they canceled me and kept my refund money. This is fraud! I want my money back!

Lincoln Auto Insurance ain't callin' me back 'bout my bill payment. Can't even use their phone or website to pay 'cause they blocked me. I always pay ahead of time, but now my due date is comin' up on 04/10. This ain't right, especially since I ain't never been late before : o ... And they charged me $10.79 for processin' my payment 'cause of corona - 19, which is illegal at state and federal levels. They need to get their act together.

I been paying for full coverage insurance for like 3 years. My car got hit while I was out of town and it got messed up. The person who did it had liability insurance but my insurance company Lincoln didn't want to help me at all. They didn't care about what happened to me even though the other insurance said they should help me. The other people who got hit called their insurance and everything got taken care of. I had to get a rental car and use my own insurance to cover it. Then my car got stolen and found again and when I called Lincoln they just sent me back to the other insurance. They don't care about you and won't help you at all. They just keep bouncing you around and you're on your own. We need to fix this problem ASAP.
