Amazon is amazon a reliable company?

What company would have the "courage" to send this type of message to a client?

"I have reviewed you account and your orders. I do apologize for the frustration and disappointment in this matter.

As it appears we are unable to ship items to the address that you have provided I have now requested refunds to your account [...]

These refunds will result in your not being charged for your order. If by chance you receive your items please keep them with our
compliments."

A comment: I payed in September and now, December 11, I find that Amazon has no control of its shipments. Bad news.

I purchased a bag and I didn’t recive it so the amazon support team told me because I am a valuable customer they promised me if i order it again they will refund me and then they lied to me and they close my support message contact

order no [protected] the refund status says the refund has been sent but I have not received it. Amazon was unable to deliver (no reason given) Tassimo L'or Latte Macchiato coffee pods

I was ordered a hair clipper but I didn’t receive the order after that I made a complaint about my refund they said they will refund my money after 7 business days but they didn’t give me the money back I sent many emails but now they are not responding to me

I discovered recently that for reasons not give my account has been placed 'on hold'.

Three phone calls, four emails later, and nobody is willing or able to assist me in accessing my account.

Lots of time, stress and inconvenience, esp as I have a disability that affects my voice.

Shockingly poor service

I made a mistake by sending back to many items i did not know this was not allowed, i have tried to talk to Amazon lots of times to explain i am disabled and didn't understand there policy but they refuse to re open my account ,i am house bound and only have Amazon to shop with. please can you help this has been going on for months

Around 21/September I ordered Rustler Jeans and paid via Paypal and Barclays bank.

Took out a amazon prime account and cancelled within 30 days why am I still being charged for it? It says I have no subscriptions but I'm still being charged 8.99 can someone check this pls

This item arrived with a smashed up lid. The packaging was fine which suggests it was damaged before packaging. It is a liquid which without a lid will dry to a powder so unusable. I cant return it given the nature of the product a tin of liquid/powder with no lid but no option for refund without returning.

two parcels were delivered at 27 brooklands road, romford. that are not mine, but are for 27 marshall rd, romford. the parcels were dumped into a flower pot out side my house. the lazy git works for Averi.
