So, I was browsing the internet and came across Side Deal (sidedeal.com). I decided to give it a try and ordered 2 packages. Unfortunately, I didn't receive them and that was a bummer. I contacted customer service and they told me to contact Fedex and USPS. After doing that, I was told that I needed to file a police report for the missing $20 packages in order to get a refund or replacement. That was a lot of work and time-consuming!

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Side Deal. It's frustrating to have to jump through hoops just to get a refund or replacement for missing packages. I hope they can improve their customer service and make the process easier for their customers in the future.

I've bought stuff from SideDeal four times now. Unfortunately, two of those orders got canceled. And the other two items I never got. According to the tracking info, USPS never got the package to send out. But when I asked SideDeal for a refund or replacement, they said no way. They said the items were too old to be under warranty. But how can that be when they never even sent them in the first place? It's a real bummer, and I'm not sure I'll be shopping with them again.

I got a wallet from Side Deal and the charger didn't work. Luckily, this really nice guy named Chad helped me out. I'm 68 years old and had a stroke, so he helped me in every way possible. I understood everything he was telling me, and if I didn't, he took the time to explain it to me. I don't want to tell Side Deal how to run their business, but they should definitely train more people like Chad. I feel so lucky to have had him help me out. I recently bought a pair of bar stools from Side Deal and it was a bit of a hassle. The stools were sent separately and arrived on different days, which was a bit of a bummer. I had to contact customer support to figure out what was going on with the second stool. It took some time to get a response, but eventually, I got the second stool.

When I started assembling the stools, I realized that there were no instruction manuals. I had to spend more time than I should have putting them together. I couldn't figure out how to latch the lever for the seat to go up and down. I contacted customer support again, but it took them two days to get back to me. Unfortunately, they still haven't given me instructions on how to install the lever.

To make matters worse, I noticed a blemish on the backrest of one of the chairs. The chair was supposed to be red and white, but there was a greyish area that was about 1 1/2" x 1/4" in size. I asked for a replacement, but customer support hasn't replied to my request. It's frustrating because I paid good money for these stools and I expect them to be in good condition.

Lastly, one of the stools came with four screws, but there were only three thread holes to screw them into. It's not a huge deal, but it shows that the product is not well-made. Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with Side Deal. I would give them a 1 rating, but I'm feeling generous. If I could give them a minus rating, I would.
