I returned an item to Amazon USA address. Item received and credit authorised 7 July but I have since been issued with a new credit card. Spoke on the telephone with my bank today. I need credit to go to my new credit card but unable to contact anyone by telephone. Tried numerous times and the on-line chat person wanted money before they would help. My bank will reject the refund if not returned to new credit card account
