SpiritShop Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service from SpiritShop

I recently ordered some items from SpiritShop and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my purchase. The quality of the t-shirts was really poor and the lettering wasn't even the color I had requested. I was really hoping for something better, but unfortunately, that's not what I got.

When I reached out to the company to express my dissatisfaction, I was pretty frustrated to find out that they don't have a proper customer service number. Instead, I had to communicate with them via email, which was a bit of a hassle. I sent multiple pictures and explained my issues over and over again, but it seemed like nothing was being done to address my concerns.

After going back and forth for the last 72 hours, I was finally told that I would be refunded for one of the items I had purchased. While I appreciated the gesture, it didn't really solve the problem. I had hoped that they would allow me to return all of the items so they could see why I was so unhappy with their company, but that didn't seem to be an option.

In the end, I was only refunded $19.00 and was told to wait 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in my account. While I'm glad that I got some of my money back, I still feel like I wasted my time and money on this purchase. I won't be ordering from SpiritShop again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else either.

SpiritShop Terrible Customer Service and Return Policy at SpiritShop

So, I wanted to get my sister a sweatshirt with her high school name on it, and I found SpiritShop online. I measured her other sweatshirts and used their size chart, but I wasn't sure if they ran small, so I ordered a size large. When it arrived, it was at least two sizes too small! I tried to return or exchange it, but they said I had to order another sweatshirt and that it had to be the same item, just a different size. I wanted to order a long sleeve shirt instead, but they wouldn't let me. They offered to pay 50% of the new item, but I didn't know what size to get, so I'd be in the same situation again. I knew that the XLG in the shirt would fit her because she tried on the one I ordered at the same time.

I think this is really bad business and that they're taking advantage of people. It was less than 30 days, and they wouldn't let me return or exchange it. I won't be ordering from them again, and I'll make sure to tell everyone how they treat their customers.

If they had a better policy, I would even take the Long Sleeve Ultra Cotton Shirt in XLG and pay the difference, since I know that size fits her in that material. You can see my order for proof.

SpiritShop Disappointing Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with SpiritShop

I really wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before placing my order with SpiritShop. I had ordered three sweatshirts, and while one of them was exactly what I expected, the other two were a huge disappointment.

The second sweatshirt was supposed to be grey with red logos, but the red was not at all like what was shown on the website. Instead of a bright, bold red, it was more of a "salmon light pink" color. Needless to say, I was not happy with this purchase.

The third sweatshirt was even worse. We had customized it, but when it arrived, it was not at all like the picture. The hood was way too big and covered up the wording on the back. I immediately reached out to the company to request a refund or store credit for this item, as it was completely unusable. I also mentioned the issue with the mis-colored sweatshirt, but I didn't ask for a refund on that one since I had already given it as a gift.

The company responded by saying they would send a replacement for the mis-colored sweatshirt, but they refused to refund me for the third sweatshirt. They claimed that it was my fault because I had the hood pulled down, even though it was clearly a design flaw. I wrote back to ask for store credit instead of a replacement, but I never received a response.

Overall, I would strongly advise against ordering from SpiritShop. The quality of their products is subpar, and their customer service is lacking. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

SpiritShop Stay Away from SpiritShop: Terrible Product, Customer Service, and Business Practices

This company is a complete disaster! I can't believe they're still in business. I ordered a t-shirt from them and checked my email a few days later to see if there were any updates. To my surprise, the email said that my order had been canceled. I didn't receive any notification from the company, nothing at all. Then, out of nowhere, a shirt showed up at my door today. But it was 100% the wrong product! There was no customization on the back, and the quality of the shirt was terrible.

When I called their customer service number, I was put on hold for what felt like an eternity. And when someone finally answered, they interrupted me at least 12 times! I had to raise my voice just to get them to stop. And then, when I did, they accused me of harassing them! Can you believe it?

This company is a complete fraud. They pretend to be affiliated with a lot of schools, but they're just trying to make a quick buck. And when they make a mistake, they expect you to pay for it! They gave me the option to ship the shirt back at my own expense, even though it was their mistake in the first place.

And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's a complete joke. When you call their number, it rings for what feels like forever, and then it just goes silent. I read another review where someone said they had never hated a company more, and I can totally relate. This company is just awful.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise you to stay away from SpiritShop. They're a complete disaster, and they don't care about their customers at all. If you want a quality product and good customer service, look elsewhere.

SpiritShop Disappointing Purchase from SpiritShop.com: Poor Quality and No Refund Policy

I recently made a purchase from SpiritShop.com for a school jacket to give as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, I did not receive any order confirmation even though my credit card was already charged for the item. I was worried and decided to reach out to their customer service team via email. After a few days, I finally received an order confirmation from them.

However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I received the jacket yesterday. The embroidery was of poor quality with lots of threads sticking out, and the fabric around the emblem was melted. I was so disappointed that I attached a photo of the jacket and requested a refund. Unfortunately, it was too late to replace the item, and I couldn't give this flawed jacket to my daughter-in-law as a Christmas gift.

I received a response from the Spirit Shop, and it was not what I was hoping for. They stated that they don't take returns since everything is custom designed. They also mentioned that they are always happy to send a replacement for items with print/embroidery quality issues, but from the picture I sent, there was no quality error with embroidery. I was so frustrated and disappointed that I didn't check the reviews before placing my order.

I intend to have my credit card company go after a refund. It's unfortunate that I am out of money and have no Christmas gift to give. I hope that the Spirit Shop can improve their quality control and customer service to avoid disappointing their customers in the future.

SpiritShop Terrible Experience with SpiritShop - Don't Waste Your Time or Money!

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with SpiritShop. I ordered some stuff for my grandkids on December 10th and paid extra for two day shipping so they could get their Christmas gifts on time. But when I checked the status on December 17th, it said the order was cancelled - even though I didn't cancel it. So I called up and talked to a lady who said there was a problem with printing and that I'd get the items on Friday, December 21st. She said I'd get an email too. I asked her if the items were shipping on Friday or if I'd get them on Friday, and she said I'd get them on Friday.

Well, Friday came and went and no sweatshirts. Then on Saturday, December 22nd, I got an email saying my items had shipped. But when I tried to track the shipment, it said "label created" - which means they made a label but didn't actually ship the item. So I called on Monday, December 24th, but I couldn't get through to anyone. All I got was a message saying that all the representatives were busy and to stay on the line. And I'm still getting that message today, December 26th. The items are still showing "label created" too.

Honestly, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this place. It's a total scam shop, if you ask me. I mean, who knows if I'll ever get my stuff? I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from SpiritShop. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I wish I could give them a negative 10!

SpiritShop Disappointing Experience with SpiritShop: Wrong Jersey, Late Delivery, Poor Customer Service

This store is not worth your time or money! I recently ordered a jersey from SpiritShop for my son's football games and it was a complete disaster. First of all, it took a whole month for me to receive my order. When I finally got it, I was disappointed to see that they had sent me the wrong jersey. I had ordered a jersey that said "Ahwahnee Warriors" on it, but instead they sent me a low-quality jersey with an Indian head on it. This was not what I wanted and it did not feel right to wear it. I contacted their customer service and they promised to send me the correct jersey. However, a month later, I still had not received anything and there were only two weeks left in the football season. When I asked about my order, they told me that the jersey I had ordered was out of stock and they had sent me an email to let me know (which they didn't). They then asked if I wanted something else in its place. I sent them a photo of a jersey for the team my son will be playing for next year, since it was obviously too late for this year. Their response was that the original style I had ordered was back in stock and would be shipped. I'm not holding my breath on that one.

What's even more frustrating is that they claim to custom make each order, so how could the jersey I wanted be out of stock? And the jersey I did receive was the one I wanted, just with the wrong screen printing on it. It's a complete rip off and a waste of time. I'll just have to write it off as a loss and purchase from somewhere else for next year. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

SpiritShop Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Experience with SpiritShop

I really wish I had read some reviews before placing my order with SpiritShop. I mean, I saw that they had some negative reviews, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Boy, was I wrong! I ordered on a Thursday and paid over $30 for 2-day shipping because my girls were in a championship game on Monday morning. But on Saturday, I got an update saying that my order had just shipped. I was so frustrated! I contacted customer service, but the representative I spoke to was no help at all. She told me that they couldn't refund my order because it was already shipped, and they couldn't refund my shipping method either. I mean, come on! When I checked UPS, it still hadn't arrived at their facility by Monday. All they did was create a label. I asked to speak to a manager, but she was even worse than the representative I spoke to earlier. She tried to cover up their mistakes and make it seem like they were doing everything right. But I knew better. I have friends who own similar shops, and they can get things done in just a couple of hours. I asked if they could refund my shipping and just send it normally, but they gave me the same answer. I even sent them a picture of the UPS tracking information, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I will never work with these pathetic customer representatives again. They are a waste of money and time. My job depends on customer service, and if I don't make my customers happy, I won't make any sales. A good company should have direct contact and be able to change shipping rates and methods. But apparently, SpiritShop doesn't have that kind of support. They are either money-hungry or a terrible company that doesn't care about their customers. I wouldn't recommend using them unless you want to throw your money away.

SpiritShop Buyer Beware: See-Through Shorts and Stiff Shirts from SpiritShop

in the shorts is see through.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with SpiritShop. I mean, I get it, they gotta make money, but those prices are just ridiculous. And then, to top it off, they messed up my order and tried to blame it on me for not canceling within an hour of placing it. Like, come on, who does that? And don't even get me started on the customer service. They were no help at all and just kept making excuses.

But the real kicker was when I finally got my order and saw what they sent me. Those t-shirts were some of the cheapest, stiffest shirts I've ever seen. And the shorts? Don't even get me started. They were see through! I mean, I've been buying gym shorts for my kids for years and I've never seen anything like it.

So, if you're thinking about buying from SpiritShop, I'd say buyer beware. You might end up with some cheap, see through shorts and stiff, smelly t-shirts. And if you're like me and involved in a bunch of different groups that buy shirts every year, you might want to look elsewhere.

SpiritShop Disappointing Quality and Sizing: My Experience with SpiritShop

I was really excited to order from SpiritShop for my hometown spirit day at work. I checked the measurements and ordered a size bigger than I usually wear because I like my shirts to fit loose. However, when I received the shirt, I was disappointed to find that it was made of a flimsy, almost see-through polyester/spandex blend instead of the jersey knit material I was expecting.

To make matters worse, despite following their measurements, the shirt was still too small and too short for me. I should have read the reviews before ordering, but I was too excited to get something with my hometown on it without having to make a long drive back home.

I was really disappointed that SpiritShop doesn't stand by their product and doesn't offer exchanges. I don't want to hear excuses about the product being highly customized. VISTAPRINT also highly customizes their orders, but they stand by their product and offer excellent customer service.

I was hoping to continue doing business with SpiritShop and even order some hometown items as Christmas presents, but their product is not of good quality and their sizing is way off. I could have gotten better quality from Wal-Mart.

I'm not trying to smear the name of the company, but I believe in reporting when a company doesn't provide a quality product and charges top dollar for it. From the other reviews, it doesn't seem like the company cares about their reputation or making things right for their customers.

If they do make things right for me, I'll be sure to update my review and give them credit for excellent customer service. But if it's been more than a week and there's no update, you already know that SpiritShop didn't offer any remedy. So, buyer beware!

SpiritShop Disappointing Experience with SpiritShop: Size Issues and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with SpiritShop. I ordered a shirt from them and when it arrived, it was way smaller than the size they had posted on their website. I was pretty bummed out, but I figured I'd just call customer service and get a replacement.

Well, let me tell you, that was easier said than done. When I called, the person on the other end of the line told me to take a picture of the tag and take measurements of the shirt and email it to them. I did that, but then a few days later, they responded asking for pictures with the tape measure in the photos. I was like, okay, sure, I can do that.

But then a few more days passed and they asked for even better photos with the entire front of the shirt with the tape measure. I mean, come on, how much more specific can you get? And even if I did take a picture like that, you wouldn't even be able to read the tape measure if I panned out on the photo.

It's been over two weeks now and I still haven't gotten a resolution. I spent $77.00 on my order and I feel like I've just been given the runaround. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering from SpiritShop. Save yourself the hassle and find another site to order from.

SpiritShop Disappointing Experience with SpiritShop: Delayed Delivery, Canceled Order, and Poor Customer Service

I ordered two shirts from SpiritShop on December 7th, hoping to get them in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, as of December 26th, I still haven't received either shirt. I reached out to their customer service team on December 19th to inquire about the delay and explain that these were intended as Christmas gifts. Their response was not very helpful, as they simply told me that delivery was "guaranteed by Christmas Eve" and that they would upgrade my shipping. I was hopeful that this would solve the problem, but it turned out to be a lie.

On December 21st, I received an impersonal email from SpiritShop informing me that one of my items was "out of stock" and that my order had been canceled. This was incredibly frustrating, as it came just two days after they had guaranteed delivery. To make matters worse, this happened on the Friday before Christmas, leaving me with no time to find a replacement gift.

To add insult to injury, I still haven't received my refund for the canceled item, and the second item that wasn't canceled still hasn't arrived. It's been 2 1/2 weeks since I placed my order, and I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from SpiritShop. I would not recommend ordering from them, as there are plenty of other online companies that offer similar products and better customer service.

SpiritShop Terrible Quality and Customer Service: A Review of SpiritShop

I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend SpiritShop to anyone. My school's soccer team ordered jackets from them, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. We specifically wanted black jackets, but when we got them yesterday, 20 of them were dark blue and only two were black. What a mess! And to make matters worse, the stitching on them was just terrible.

So, I called their customer service line, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. I got shot down three times before finally getting through to an older lady who hung up on me after I asked to speak to the manager. I mean, come on!

After two hours of explaining the mistake they made, they finally offered us 50% off our next order. Like, seriously? That doesn't even fix the problem they created! We're out a grand from our fundraising efforts, and now we have to come up with another $500 for another 50/50 shot at getting the right jackets we originally ordered.

Honestly, I don't know how they stay in business with such terrible customer service and quality control. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of SpiritShop.

SpiritShop Disappointing Experience with SpiritShop: Incorrect Sizing and Poor Customer Service

I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty bad experience with SpiritShop. I was tryna get a jersey for my little man, who's only 8 years old. I called and emailed them to make sure I was gettin' the right size, and they told me he needed a youth medium. So I ordered it up and when it came, it was HUGE! Like, way too big for him.

I sent 'em a picture and an email to show 'em that their size chart was all messed up. But they didn't wanna do nothin' about it at first. They said all sales were final, like that was supposed to make me feel better. But I kept pushin' and finally they offered me a 50% discount on a new jersey, plus a discount on shipping. Like, why should I have to pay anything for their mistake?

I asked to talk to a manager and finally got through to one. But she wasn't very nice and just kept sayin' the same thing about all sales bein' final. She said the discount was a "gift" or somethin'. I don't know about you, but I don't think a discount is a gift when it's 'cause they messed up in the first place.

Anyway, I'm never orderin' from SpiritShop again and I'm tellin' everyone in my community not to either. They need to get their act together and start takin' responsibility for their mistakes.

SpiritShop Disappointing Experience with SpiritShop.com: Unreliable Shipping and Poor Customer Service

I had a pretty frustrating experience with SpiritShop.com. I ordered two custom print jerseys and a football logo shirt for a Friday night football game. I paid an extra $20 for 2-day shipping on a Monday, thinking that would be enough time to get my order by the end of the week. But boy was I wrong!

I waited and waited, but my order didn't arrive. I got a shipping notice, but it didn't have any information in it. So I finally decided to contact them to see what was going on. And wouldn't you know it, my order magically shipped after I contacted them. But it still took 13 days from the day I made my purchase to get my order.

When I asked them what was up with the shipping, they pointed me to some language buried in their shipping descriptions online. Basically, they said they're not responsible for any timing issues because they may not feel like working hard enough to get orders out on time. I was pretty upset that I paid for 2-day shipping and got my order after 13 days, and they didn't even apologize.

I don't think I'll be using SpiritShop.com again. I'll definitely be looking for another custom printing site next time. It's a shame, because I really liked the jerseys and shirt I ordered. But I can't deal with unreliable shipping and poor customer service.

I recently made a purchase on SpiritShop.com for my son's baseball team. I ordered a hat and visor with his name, number, and school's name on them. I specifically chose the color "red" for both items. However, when I received my order, I noticed that the visor was indeed red, but the hat was a darker shade of red. I was not happy with this discrepancy, so I decided to call their customer service department to request a replacement.

I spoke with two representatives, Antoinette and Kaitlin, who both informed me that they do not replace hats. They explained that different vendors have different shades of red, and that I should have known this because it was stated in the fine print that my items were coming from different vendors. I was frustrated because I was not aware that different vendors meant different shades of red. Even though the website only showed one shade of red, they did not inform me that there was a range of shades available.

SpiritShop Disappointing Experience with SpiritShop: Lack of Customer Service and Security Concerns

So, we decided to try out SpiritShop for our school's merchandise needs. We were excited to have an online store where our students and faculty could easily purchase items with our school's logo. However, we made a mistake when uploading our logos and forgot to check the box for embroidery. This mistake was only discovered when a customer ordered an embroidery item and received a fleece with no logo. We immediately tried to correct the mistake, but we have been receiving an error message for several weeks now. We have reached out to Spirit Shop multiple times, but we have not received any response from them. This has been a frustrating experience for us, and we are disappointed with the lack of customer service from Spirit Shop.

In addition to the issue with our logos, we also noticed some security concerns with Spirit Shop's website. We were able to access the sales data for the month of December, which is concerning. As a graphic designer who works for one school, I should not have access to their financial data. We hope that Spirit Shop takes these security concerns seriously and takes steps to improve their website's security.

SpiritShop Disappointing Quality and Customer Service from SpiritShop: A Review

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my recent purchase from SpiritShop. I didn't do my research beforehand and now I'm regretting it. If you're thinking about buying anything from this company, I'd advise you to think twice.

I ordered a couple of hats from them and when they arrived, I was pretty disappointed with the quality. The workmanship was cheap and shoddy, and to make matters worse, both hats came with embroidery "backing" that made them uncomfortable to wear. The pom pom hat wasn't too bad since it folds over, but the beanie I ordered for my husband had an uncomfortable embroidery backing that would sit right on his forehead.

When I contacted the company about this issue, I was pretty surprised by their response. They basically told me that embroidery backing is used to stabilize the fabric so it doesn't bunch up when stitched. They said I could trim it if I wanted, but they wouldn't replace or refund the hats since there was no error on their part. I mean, come on, isn't that what I paid them to do in the first place?

Overall, I wouldn't recommend SpiritShop to anyone. The quality of their products is subpar and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

SpiritShop Shady and Unreliable: My Experience with SpiritShop

So, I just wanted to give y'all an update on my experience with SpiritShop. I finally got my shirts, but unfortunately, one of them had not one, but two big holes in it. And to top it off, it looked like it had been worn before! Not cool, SpiritShop.

Now, let me tell you about my ordering experience. I spent almost $100 on shirts and when they arrived, they seemed okay. A week later, I decided I wanted to order a couple more shirts, but then I realized I couldn't afford it at the moment. So, I quickly emailed SpiritShop to cancel my order. But guess what? Within minutes of my email, I got a confirmation that my order had already shipped! What the heck, SpiritShop?!

To make matters worse, my order was a custom one with several different items and designs. I waited and waited for a response from SpiritShop, but it took a whole week for them to get back to me. And when they did, they told me that I had to cancel within an hour of placing my order. Um, excuse me? 1. That was not stated anywhere on the website. 2. It was less than 10 minutes when I emailed them. 3. The "shipped" email still shows waiting for receipt of product to be shipped and it's been over a week!

Honestly, I think SpiritShop is shady and they lie. I'm not sure if my products have even been sent yet. So, it's up to you if you want to take the risk and order from them. But from my experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

SpiritShop Disappointing Experience with SpiritShop: Overpriced Shipping, Delayed Delivery, and Poor Customer Service

I put in my order on August 24th and paid a whopping $50 for overnight delivery. We needed the shirts for the first game of the season on August 31st. The website and order invoice said that production would take 5 business days and then there would be additional days for shipping. But, as it turns out, Friday isn't considered a business day at SpiritShop. So, the 5 day production clock starts on Monday. And then, to make matters worse, there was the Labor Day holiday. So, even though I paid extra for overnight delivery, the shirts won't arrive until Tuesday, September 4th. What a bummer!

So, I decided to call SpiritShop customer service (don't expect too much from them). I asked if they could refund my shipping cost to reflect the 5 day pony express rates. But, they refused. When I asked them to explain why Friday isn't a business day, they couldn't give me an answer. And when I pressed them for a refund or an explanation, they just hung up on me.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend SpiritShop to anyone. If you're looking for spirit wear, I suggest checking out Kris Tee's or Flipdog Clothing instead. They seem to have better customer service and won't leave you hanging like SpiritShop did to me.

SpiritShop Not receiving an item and the monogram looks like a person had no idea what they were doing

I order 3 zipper shirts and 3 shorts I received two shorts only and one of the shirts logo is unrecognizable. I have sent numerous calls and letters asking for assistance to date I have received no response from this company!

Desired outcome: Either provide my money back or product

SpiritShop product not as described and no return policy

I ordered a customized sweatshirt on October 23, 2018. The first sweatshirt came with a stain and singed areas, the lettering was way too small, too high on chest and wrong color. I had to approve a mock up when ordering so I assumed I was getting a sweatshirt that looked like the image on the order page. Luckily I thought to take a screen shot so I forwarded that to customer service. They did send another sweatshirt, and although it wasn't singed and didn't have stain, the lettering was exactly the same...too small, too high and pinkish color instead of red. When I reached out again (with photos) I was told they didn't have a return policy and that the image on order form wouldn't necessarily be what you get. So I don't get my money back nor do have a sweatshirt to give as a gift as intended.

SpiritShop Wrong color

I have purchased two hats from www.spiritshop.com for me and my brother. When my order arrived one hat was incorrect, the color was wrong. When I contacted customer service they told that they have different vendors so that was why hats were in different colors. I never expected this to happen because they have only one color on their website. Then I asked them what am I suppose to do now and they told me to keep the hat. Just a waste of money, I'm very disappointed.
