customer service real bad I ordered a Dreo floor fan, it came without a charger cable, does not go up or down, so it can't be raised, and worst of all I cannot get even get someone to have an explanation, phone repeatedly says 'I didn't get that', says "I didn't get that" over and over, I hope they screwed themselves, greedy people. $89.00 fan I want this taken care of please, get back the people. amazon sunk real low, Will report this to the better business bureau.
