require an exchange or refund for faulty item
I purchased the above mentioned player through [protected]@newfrog.com on the 06/01/18 for an amount of $73.99.
It was installed by a friend who has had experience with them before and he installed it exactly by the instructions that came with the player. It all worked very well when it was first installed, but for several weeks now it hasn't been working at all!
delivery
Package was "stealth dropped" on front porch, i.e. driver tiptoed up to front door, silently placed package on porch, and tiptoed away. Instructions to "PLEASE RING DOORBELL" were ignored. Since I enter and exit through attached garage, which has no line-of-sight to front porch, it could have sat there for days, or until it was stolen.
Amazon will permit customers to "de-prioritize" AMZL, but that does not mean that it will not be used for future deliveries. Amazon claims AMZL drivers are independent contractors, so they have no way to enforce their delivery rules ("If no one is at the address when delivery is attempted, we will leave the package in a secure location. If no secure location is available, or the delivery requires someone to be present, Amazon Logistics will leave a "We missed you" card."). My front porch is feet away from the street, so it is definitely NOT a "secure location".
Refund on cancelled order not received
Cancelled an eBay order made with Chinatera Limited (shoppingnewfrog) within minutes but no refund. I then proceed to complete the form and toward the end you guys ask for the shipping and handling fee which was around $6, I did exactly what you had to ask for and for completion you guys show me a date between April 12th through April 14th for the item delivery and guess what? Amazon produced 17 episodes and only uploaded series 2 to Audible and left my name off of the audio book. Furthermore they didn't upload the other episodes. So where did they go? Sean Diddy Combs is unscrupulous as he stole $350, 000.00 from Random House in New York when they advanced him the money to have an editor from Rolling Stones magazine write his autobiography for him. He never took the time to write the book. Now someone on Twitter and Instagram using these IDs @Diddy101 @sSeanDiddyCombs @Sean_Diddy_ and other accounts claiming they are Diddy and asking me to open bank accounts for him. He provided this number [protected]. I believe this man is a criminal and involved in these accounts. I learned online that he and his associates deceived bridal companies and event promotions by never paying them.

I have never authorized nor requested audible books. How did this happen? I keep getting billed. I regret having bought a Kindle Fire from Amazon, if this is the result. Please credit my debit card and do no further billing. I also keep getting a monthly charge for amazon prime, which I did not request or authorize. The is all very confusing and deceptive. If dealing with amazon means dealing with all this, then I am considering cancelling with amazon entirely. Please give this complaint your attention.

In 6th March 2018 I purchased b+w 77mm XS-Pro Clear with Multi-Resistant Nano Coating (007m) and b+w 77mm XS-Pro htc Kaesemann Circular Polarizer with Multi-Resistant Nano Coating from amazon.com with 113-7251699-5733807 Order ID.. the authenticity qr codes are not verified when I scanned, the boxes were not sealed and opened. I got in touch with b+w services from schnider k. and they also didn't verify and told me that there are lots of fake products around. the description they gave me didn't match the products that I received from amazon.
the help desk of amazon didn't help me about it. I lost 183 usd plus my time, moreover they asked to to pay additional re-sending fees in order to return from Turkey to usa. I also added qr codes here. This experience is not the first, read the link below, it is already a known issue.

I was looking for a charging wire for a laptop that went bad and I found one on google I ordered it and when I picked 2 day shipping I was automatically signed up to Amazon Prime for a 1 year subscription which I never asked for, and its not that I don't like them it was I wasn't givin the choice of making the decision myself, It was taken from my credit card without my knowledge or without me agreeing to it and that pissed me off bigtime, The bottem line is that I want to choose what I'm signing up for and how much its going to cost me!

First, I got a gift card for my birthday, I was SO happy, but now that I know the truth about Amazon, I am never shopping Amazon again. So I bought a bunch of stuff and it all came without any problem. But when I bought a stressful, and it never showed up, I was not happy. 1. Some items clearly say you do not ship to Thailand, so we picked another items, that said you do ship here. Obviously where the problems start, not knowing what you can & cant ship the items.
2. You State you use USPS, which is a lie, you use a third party (I-Parcel) that has restrictions on these products, body oils of all things!
3. I placed (1) one order with you, then you segregated it without warning into orders 4 shipments without even asking, which is a headache to keep track of.
4. Your shopping cart / website is designed to minimize human contact to the point where the customer can do nothing but call to sort this out.
5. It took 2 hours to place this undeliverable order.
6. You then sent multiple text messages for each item rather than a clear consolidated Invoice by email to easily keep track of things.
7. Please cancel the entire order and credit are credit my Visa.
8. I will now post this complaint as many places as possible
9. Further I will never order from Amazon again
10. And very convenient you make sure you offer no direct email for issues like this.
11. You canceled this shipping without even saying what the silly restriction was? Real Crap Service!
Ordering multiple items from Amazon to outside the US is a nightmare.
There process after the order and getting things sorted out is a nightmare.
Just buy direct from the manufacture after you see an items you like on Amazon... Save the headache!

charges for paying members
I have been an amazon customer for 5 years. They signed me up for additional services for $99 a year and I also received a chase amazon credit card which I do not use other than occasionally purchasing items from amazon. I did a return of a dvd that cost $47 and received only $23 in return due to a restocking fee. I feel that after charging me $99 for a membership that the "restocking" was a bit extreme since I had not used it. I never complain or even return items and this really made me mad enough to write a complaint. I will be cancelling all service and cutting the credit card up for future reference.

Made a purchase on Amazon Prime and was charged an additional $9.62 for a video. This is the 2nd time I have been charged in excess of what I ordered! My question is this! Why can't we shop securely on Amazon? My order was placed 2/22/18 for contact remover devices. I called and had the charge reversed this am...but I am very unhappy!
I don't think I need to include details. I'm sure this is not a one time event! Why does this happen?

My two sons signed up for a free trial of Amazon Video in November. They had to use my credit card to do it - even though it was a free trial.
They cancelled it before the trial ended but I was still charged two subscriptions in December, January and February.
Many phone calls resulted in being told that my sons did not have subscriptions so they couldn't cancel them! But the charges keep coming.
Amazon palmed it off on some other company, they washed their hands of it.
So I am being charged every month for a service which my sons neither want NOR have access to and Amazon say that cannot be happening and they have no way to cancel charges on something which does not exist.
One of my sons has finally deleted his entire Amazon account, which seems to have stopped the charge.
What is wrong with you? I have spent thousands of dollars telephoning the USA to try to deal with this - is it some scam where you think because it is a relatively small charge I won't notice or care?

I purchased items that were advised as having a signed signature in the box. There was no signature. Flase advertising. I wanted to complain but as the product was not over $50 amazon will not accept complaints. Terrible policy i will never use amazon again.
The company i bought from is Topps i sent a complaint got no response.

to Amazon. com it says Rataway Fragrance and you can not buy Rataway Fragrance on Amazon .com it has never been for sale on Amazon. Rataway Fragrance is the name of the product owned by Rataway.com. Google needs to stop this false advertising. It is Bait and Switch. This started before October 2016, an email was sent to Amazon to stop this. Can not contact Amazon to stop this false advertising
