I ordered this item and selected the 2 day shipping option. I went in the next day to track the package and it said it would be delivered 5 days after the promised delivery date. I called your customer service and they just kept telling me I couldn't have it when I was promised and would have to wait the extra 5 days. I contacted your chat line and told them I was on the phone with your customer service line. All I wanted was what I ordered and for it to be delivered when it was promised. Both customer service reps told me there was no way for them to contact the warehouse. One tried to get me to cancel the order and place a higher priced order, after requesting to speak to her supervisor (she wouldn't let me) she offered to give me a credit. Once again, all I wanted was what I ordered to be delivered when it was supposed to be delivered. The chat rep insulted me and the phone rep refused to let me speak to anyone else. I don't want to cancel one order to place another, I want my order to be filled correctly. Why would your service reps not have the ability to call or email your warehouse? Why would you offer me 2 day delivery when it is not an option? Why would your customer service supervisor refuse to let me speak to her supervisor? I never yelled or cussed or directed any comments to them personally as I know it is not their fault. I have the transcript and I'm sure you have the recordings. I expect better from Amazon.
refused a store credit to amazon prime account by a supervisor
Called into amazon.com customer service on Mon 10-22-18 gave my order numbers to a customer service rep by the name of Jay. He pulled up all my info verified order dates and promised me a $30 amazon prime account credit that I could use on a future order. I called about defective trash cans I had recently purchased in April of 2018 (2) of them and also one more on March 31st. 2017. I explained the trash cans were warping, were made of rubber plastic material, the lids don't fit on trash cans anymore due to the warping. The base is smaller and the top is bigger causing trash can to topple over every time something is put in it. He transfers me to someone named Joe B. in West Virginia someone higher up who could assist with the $30 credit. Joe proceeds to shout and call me a LIAR and says he will not honor what the previous rep Jay had promised me just moments ago. Joe then transfers me to a supervisor named Andrew and he also proceeds to act incredibly rude about the entire situation and puts me in hold to verify what the first rep told me about the credit of $30. Verifies its true, gets back on the line with me and says I can give you $15. I say that's not fair you verified it was $30. then he says rudely fine I'll give you nothing. Horrible customer service this company is going to the DOGS for treating good, decent, hard-working people this way and the people they hire should not be dealing or helping with customer service in any way.
amazon logistics lacks ability to deliver to a residential address
Three of my orders were listed as delivered and shipped by Amazon Logistics. When I tracked the package it showed a photo where it was delivered - not my house! I called and they said my house address had an incorrect location marked in their system. Surprising since any basic navigation app can find a f***ing house. She said she fixed it and guess what? It happened again. Amazon should focus on filling orders and leave logistics to the pros. I'm ordering from Target or Walmart now since they use shipping companies that actually deliver to the correct address.

bought a phone for my mom phone didnt work tried to contact support by chat /phone could not decided I will just return it did the steps to return phone and it had a list of ups drop off sites I chose the one which was around the corner from my home went to drop off they were closed i also remembered there was another drop off location a few more blocks down the street but i did not have the address I tried to get back into the return to see the address but you cant once you choose a drop off you cant get back in to see other places to drop off called customer service that was a waste of 30min of my time still no help how are the customers suppose to get drop off locations if you wont post them or train customer service on how to locate them now I have to wait till tomorrow to drop off 4 miles away Customer service called UPS and neither one could get an answer WOW

I have booked a mobile from amazon, with extra payment of guarantee delivery on 13.10.2018. Courier boy refused to give me my order and said that my home (Mahim west, Mumbai) doesn't come in his area, so he will not deliver the product. I talked with customer care thrice on 13.10.2018 and 14.10.2018 both. I was given assurance that my product will be delivered to me by 13.10.2018 by 9:00 pm. Then with new call i was given assurance that, my product will be delivered to me by 14.10.2018. Again new courier boy on 14.10.2018 refused to give me my order saying that it doesn't come in his area. It extremely sad that company like Amazon do like this. Now amazon is returning my product without my cancellation. This is very bad and shameful. I don't need my money back, i need my product. Can you help in this? Why did you gave my product to courier service whose area is not under my home address. And without informing me you are returning my product. Within one hour of my talk with customer care you have returned the product to seller. How is it possible? Why are you making me fool. This is be fooling a customer. I hope, i will get my product back as product is still in my area.

I have been present all day waiting for my delivery, I had even missed a day off work and I received a we missed you card through the letter box whereby they delivered my product to a neighbour who hasn't answered their door for me to return my product. I have been looking for a way to get my products back and have been unsuccessful I am appalled that I haven't been contacted with regards to who my parcel would be at and am concerned that I won't even receive my money back!

This shipping service is the worst. I ordered a next day delivery item, the next day it shipped and a few hours later showed as out for delivery and will be delivered before 8pm. I get a notification that the delivery was attempted at 7:15, however I was home from 6:00 on. Nobody knocked and there was no "attempted delivery" slip left on the door. I called customer service to see what was happening, spoke to a snippy female who clearly wasn't have a good day and made no effort to veil her mood. She would only answer my questions with obviously pre- scripted responses and grew more annoyed as the conversation went on. She eventually admitted that the delivery driver "mistakenly" marked the item as "attempted delivery" and that the package would arrive within 2 days and to call if the item was delivered 2 days later.
WOW. What a ridiculous excuse for a business operation, especially one as established as Amazon. This is the second time in the last month that a delivery was "attempted" now I know that these shoddy delivery drivers are just "mistakenly " marking packages as "delivery attempted" when they don't feel like finishing their deliveries.

Replaced old computer with a Dell3470 Desktop. Both old and new computers use Windows 10. Unable to play purchased movies or prime movies (no charge) on either my new computer or may Samsung Smart TV. Chatted with Amazon "Tech". Advice was to pay $5.00 to Just Answers. This is a ripoff site. Plan to file written complaint to Amazon describing this unsatisfactory service. If this cannot be resolved I will not renew and not purchase $2, 000 to $3, 000 of merchandise per year.

Dear Amazon,
I'd like to file a complaint with regards to a refund, below is some information to help you understand the situation:
On the 21st of September 2018 my bank account was fraudulently used for transaction on Amazon US - the transaction appears on my bank statement in Singapore in Singapore dollars as this amount - $44.51 - the charge descriptor on the bank statement is - AMZN MKTP US, (also mentioned on the bank statement is - *MT2J30J40 AM ZN), furthermore the last 4 digits on the credit card that was used fraudulently are: 3391. The transaction was done on the 21st of September 2018 and appeared on my bank statement the 23rd of September 2018.
I cannot see the delivery address of the person who committed the fraud/theft.
So what do I do now? Please help me by replying me asap. Thanks.

My story with Amazon started when I received this router, I found that it is EA9500 V 1.1 not V 2.0 despite of that I contacted Amazon two times once before purchase the router as I asked them for available version and they ensure to me that it is V2 NOT V1 then second contact to Amazon once I placed the order that cost me $402.75 as I am living in Amman-Jordan and I asked them again to ship V2 otherwise cancel the order and again they confirmed to me that it is V2 (I have the whole chat conversation with Amazon technical and costumer service) OK great, I got the router and guess what it is V1.1 directly I contacted Amazon by chat and they told me sorry sir all our stock is V1.1 ! I told them why you ship this version already I found it in my country and it is cost just $300 so Amazon decided to refund $104 to me, ok I setup the router and after 2 weeks an issue start appear in 2.4gh wifi that the speed of this band drop to less than 1 mb/s ( my ISP is 100mb/s download and upload) both 5gh1&2 and Lan work find the issue only in 2.4, I tried every single setting in 2.4 as I have very good knowledge with networking but no thing work, then two days ago I contacted Amazon technical department and after around 1 hour spending with them including reset my router to factory default they decided (AMAZON not me) as there is a defect in this router and they placed a replacement order for me and asked me to re ship the old router I told them that we usually used DHL or ARAMIX here in Jordan and they told me it is ok sir, I went to DHL and DHL asked me to pay $220 as international shipping before I pay I contacted Amazon and they told me we will refund to you just $50 as shipping cost! how they imagine that I have to pay 60% from the original price as shipping cost for an issue not related to me..your device is defective and I am still within the 1 month replacement period and it is not me who decided that current router is defective I sent and email to them and they reply to me same thing, I check all shipping company here and I found that the cheaper company is UPS that will cost me $140 and again I sent a complain to Amazon and they answered me the same that only $50 will be refund to me after they receive the item I rejected this and asked them to cancel the replacement and directly they cancel it and sent me email said (a discount refund has been issued to your account for the item) without mentioned the value of discount!
1-Amazon ship item not matching what I purchased and accordingly they refund to me $104 ( if I return the item instead of the $104 I have to pay $220 as shipping cost).
2-Then Amazon decided that my item is defective NOT ME and they won't pay the cost of return shipping (it seems that the 1 month warranty is not true it is part of advertisement for purchaser who live outside USA).
3-This is the most terrible behavior I ever seen from any company in my life as at the end I threw $300 in garbage.
4-it is a big Shame on Linksys that their flagship router with such low performance as I replaced this router with WRT3200acm and with all issues I faced with this router ( as you know the issue start on Dec, 2017) but it performing better than this and you can depend to use 3200acm in your daily work as your main router.
FINALLY I HAVE TWO ADVICE 1ST IF YOU OBLIGED TO GET SOMETHING FROM AMAZON NEVER BUY ANY THING FROM AMAZON WILL COST YOU MORE THAN $100 IN CASE YOU LIVE OUTSIDE USA TO REDUCES YOUR LOSSES PERCENTAGE.
2ND NEVER BUY THIS ROUTER GO WITH OTHER MODEL FROM LINKSYS AS IT SEEMS THERE IS A REAL PROBLEM WITH THIS MODEL.

I put money into my Amazon account to cover my prime membership. Instead of using the credit in my account, my credit card was charged. I called and asked them to receive the charge on my credit card and use the credit in my account. I was told that could not be done. I said fine refund the gift card balance. I was told that could not be done either. All that could be done was to cancel my Amazon Prime membership. So I guess you're just going to keep my credit balance until I make a purchase. That is totally unacceptable and can be construed as fraud.

I have an issue with Amazon.com about ordering items on their website and I had problems trying to login on my accounts with them. Many times I had to put in passwords for my accounts and it keep denying me entry on it. I'm having a hard time gaining access on both of my accounts. First, they said it couldn't ship the items because there was some issue with the card I have which is Bankmobile vibe. Second, was trying to login on Amazon.com. And lastly, was to remove items. I would someone to look further into this matter.
