I am a small business owner trying to stay in some sort of business through this pandemic and the 1st time I use the site I cant. Order of $500 is gone. specials gone same day delivery gone. I am so upset I wasted an entire day and now I have to run around town fighting Christmas buyers risking Covid anyway and for being fraud you charged 1.51.
Unauthorized use of my pnc bank, visa card as a payment method
On 11/28/20 I called Amazon asking how to use a visa gift card, I spoke to Ian, I have an e-mail supporting this. Ian told me to enter the gift card (20.00) as a payment method and make sure my default payment method was set to what I wanted. I did this on 11/28/20 and placed my order. The next thing I get an e-mail that my payment method was denied and they charged another card that was not my default payment method for the 2 part order. My default payment method should have been used also. I called amazon again. Was told by a supervisor that the 1st part of the order had gone through already and she would refund me the 37.04 for the 2nd half due to my card being charged unauthorized and illegally. (I also have an e-mail from this supervisor confirming this. I looked at my card statement on line for my PNC BANK VISA card 11/29/2020, both charges are showing. I then called amazon again on 11/29/20 and spoke to another supervisor who told me that in order to get the refund I had to return the items that they already shipped and I havn't even gotten them yet? Naaaaa, not working for me. Both parts of this order were illegal transactions. I will turn this into my bank tomorrow as today is Sunday 11/29/20. Because this has occurred, I removed ALL PAYMENT METHODS FROM MY ACCOUNT. This is illegal. I will have my bank expedite this to the Attorney General.
Amazon prime
Amazon has known that their Prime video page cannot be viewed on iPad for months but I've not been able to get any information from "customer service" other than it's iPad's fault and then, when pushed, we're working on it with no estimated time of completion. Now, today, Prime video is not working at all and I'm told by technical "customer service" that there is a glitch and that I should be ok with it because it's "free." I pay for membership so this free circular logic makes no sense.

I ordered these stools an I am very happy with the style and strength.
The problem I have is that there are no seats, I have tried to get this taken care of in yje most reasonable way {just send me the seats} but no they want the stools sent back so they can send new ones.
That is just downright dumb/ It is obvious they have seats for the stools or they could not send out a new order.
Also I no longer have the boxes or paperwork for them, figuring I only needed the seats I got rid of the huge boxes.
The question remains... Why can't I just get my four seats?
Gift card
I have a student amazon account that I usually use. I closed out the email connected to my amazon student account. I forgot to update the email for my Amazon account. So I was not able to get back into my amazon account. So I tried to update my email through customer service chat - and they weren't able to help me. So I just opened a new amazon account. I tried to place an order with an Amazon gift card that I purchased at my local supermarket. I placed my order and received confirmation order # 112-6853161-3811429 # 112-8092129-8290659. Then the next day, I received an email from amazon (address-verification@amazon.com) Stating my account was closed due to the following - The "Amazon Gift Card or the Amazon Gift Card balance - you are using violates our Terms and Conditions.
I then logged back into my amazon account, filled out a form, and provided the following three items. 1. A copy of my amazon gift card receipt, a copy of the actual black gift card 3. an Activation status receipt. To prove that, I purchased my amazon gift card from a local Fred Meyers. Fred Meyers is authorized to sell Amazon gift cards.
A member told me on the Amazon leadership team via phone call on 11/22/2020 that it would take 24 hours for Amazon to update my account and release my orders. So this morning, around 11 am. I received an email requesting the same documents again and a rude email claiming that I purchased my card from an unauthorized third party. The letter states that Amazon was closing out my account. I was not refunding my gift card balance. Can you please send me Proof that FRED Meyers at 8955 SE 82nd Ave Portland Oregon is not an authorized state.? So I can reach out to there corporate office and request a refund. I want my money back because I have already purchased the items I order through Amazon at a local store.
Fraud Charge
On 7/13/2020 I received an email regarding an order that I placed. I knew that I had not placed an order and called Amazon right away and reported it as a fraud charge. I was told that it was noted as fraud and to contact my credit card company, which I did and the charge was reversed, but when the credit card company sent them the paper work they came back and stated it was a good charge, after I had already reported to them it was a fraud charge. I them contacted Amazon again on 8/14/2020 and spoke to Mildred and was informed that it was surpressed and mark as fraud and should not be a charge back. Still no refund on my credit card.. So on 9/21/2020 I called Amazon again and spoke to Alex, a supervisor, and was told they were going to open the order and process a refund back to my credit card. Still no refund. Called Amazon again on 11/19/2020 and spoke to Loui, a supervisor, who infomed me that a form was not filed and I would be hearing from Amazon in 24 hours by email to get this resoloved. Well 24 hours later and nothing. So again I am on the phone with Amazon with Alvea and now being told to file a dispute with the credit card company but yet when I do that they fight it and put it back on my credit card. Everyn time I call I am told a different story. I am 76 years old and on a fixed income having to fight this and don't have the money to pay the amount on my credit card and getting charged interest while trying to get Amazon to refund me my money. Everyone should know that Amazon is not very good at helping people when they have an issue with them.

We have the same service, he was already paying for it, now I have been paying for it since August as well. I wondered why it didn't ask me to set up an accountant and password! Refuses to refund for authorized returned item
Amazon authorized the return of a damaged electric frying pan. Amazon arranged for and had it picked up by UPS. Amazon's own website shows the item was picked up. Product was delivered to Amazon on July 23, 2020. Amazon denies receiving product. UPS provided proof of delivery and this was provided to Amazon 3 times. Amazon continues to deny receiving the item in spite of UPS proof of delivery and refuses to remove this charge from my credit card. They owe me $58.19
Rally and roar foosball table games
On 10/30/20 I checked the price for this product and it was $48.71. I went back today and the price was $81.36. I called Amazon to see why they double the price in less than a month and they could not tell me anything. I called Rally and Roar customer service, and I was on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes. When the representative came on, I asked her why the prices double. She said that they did not have anything to do, it was the retailer. I asked for the phone number, but she did not have it. How can it be possible that in less than a month prices go up (double)?

Unknown charge on my credit card
I Have an unknow charge on my credit card for 125.02$ for Amzn.com/bill WA. this happened on the 3rd of November, I dont know why I got charged for this, I didnt buy anything that day.
I got a Product shipped that day, but that was ALREADY paid. The ID of Amazon's charge is 283IQ6AH2 .
I want a full refund of what was charged and an explanaition of why that charge appeared without permission on my credit card
Unauthorised withdrawal from my account
Money was taken out of my bank for no reason $127.o3. please tell me why. My wife nor i have ordered anything for this amount. Please explain. I'm on a fixed income, so every dollar counts for me and my wife. I don't ever remember authorizing amazon to take money from me without a purchase. I need this money refunded immediately or at least a reason for taking it.

We continuously have amazon vans blocking the alley way to the garage entrances of Radius & Ascent apartments. This morning, I witnessed drivers honking and trying to turn in and vehicles trying to get out of alley and driver just sitting in van refusing to move.
License plate C71274T, African American male driver. 3 vehicles attempted to get him to move, this blocked traffic in alleyway between apartment buildings, not allowing people to exit and therefore blocking garages entrances and not more vehicles could turn out into alley. The cars trying to turn left off Republican then backed up cars to Fairview blocking cars from turning and going through intersection.
2nd complaint: During PRIME one of your drivers left a big green box overflowing with boxes in our lobby and did not attempt to put any in lockers. The office staff had to put 36 packages away. We still have the container see pic that was never retrieved. Please come and get this!
Please train your delivery personnel better!
They are lazy. Happens everywhere. For some reason the black drivers think they can do what they want and they do. Cameras would help in the vans, but no one will confront them. Diversity! Save time and quit for company that cares about their business.

Unauthorized credit card charges
Had a $13.87 withdrawal from my bank account that i'm not sure I did plus I don't even know what it was for... Thank you so much. If and when I order something from amazon I always make sure I write it down as far as what I ordered, how much it cost, when I placed the order and when to expect it to be delivered so I can't understand why I can't remember what I ordered
Fraudulent charges to my bank account
I stopped buying from amazon last may as I had enough. I told them as they have poor security as to people charging on other peoples account. I checked my bank account this morning, and they are doing to again, I called customer service, tols them I only buy now from ebay and they noticed I have not bought a thing from them close to a year. They stated there was nothing they could do, as they didnt have anything to show, and said to call the bank and stop payment, its bad enough that when you call them you cant understand them as they don't talk english. Good bye amazon, hello ebay or even go to walmart!

Your delivery driver did not want to walk up 11 steps, pretended that the door was not working, even though I have had deliveries the day before and in the morning I went to the security door to tell him there was nothing wrong he be came verbally abusive argumentative and physically threatening to me.
I am considering letting the police know.
Amazon will not care. They are leftists. Save time and quit for better company. They are out there. Saw them throw packages, and leave them at entrance door at apts, where they have been stolen. Saw it happen. Will not use Amazon. UPS leaves them at your door, and will even knock!
