Amazon review: Amazon agent kept my newborn baby's order at his home for a week and marked it delivered
This case is not about money. It is about a newborn baby's life.
My baby is 15 days old. I ordered a product for him on Amazon, Order 171-7533940-2653156, and paid Rs 2,645. The product never reached my baby. Amazon's delivery agent, Chandu, mobile [protected], Parvathipuram, Andhra Pradesh, kept the order at his OWN HOME for over one week, and the Amazon app falsely showed it as DELIVERED.
I made more than 80 phone calls; the agent did not answer. I visited the Amazon office more than 40 times in my own vehicle at my own cost. I begged to collect my baby's product from the agent's house myself. The agent abused me in vulgar language and threatened me. I have no money to buy the product again locally. My baby suffered and Amazon watched.
Amazon took no action. Removal of the agent was demanded on 22 October 2026; no update ever came. Executive Relations officer Isha dismissed my complaint by asking for a tracking ID. On 23 October 2026 at around 10:23 PM, after associate Simran, a lady of Amazon's SPECIALIST team told me in plain words: "We won't help you in this regard." She blamed me, the victim, supported the vulgar agent, and CLOSED my complaint, knowing a closed complaint never opens again. If Amazon's specialist team has people like her, no customer in India can ever get justice from Amazon.
