I refined my loan through a different bank. This bank has sent 3 checks to pay off the loan with Ally. Ally cashed 1 check that was not for the full amount but failed to cash the 2nd check that was in the same envelope for the remaining amount. I still owe a balance to Ally. I had the bank send another check Ally refused to cash and apply it to the loan because it was not for the full amount. I then had the bank send a check for the 3rd time. Ally again cashed the check for the interest payment of 113 but not the check for the rest of the payoff.

Desired outcome: My loan with Ally paid off and them to send the car title to the bank that has my loan now. I have refinance vehicles several times this way and have never had a problem or had to get involved to get it resolved
