If you think you're saving money by coming to Aldi, you better think again until you read this. When you try to leave the store in a heartbeat faster than the store cashing you out at the register then most likely you got scam one way or another like by charging you an item that you don't have or sale price that didn't match at the register & items with some dollar or percentages off sticker but didn't show on your receipt. Then the worst part of this is once you wait a day or later & bring out to their Asst. Mgr. (K. Terry) then most likely you're out of luck because this person will scrutinize you by running you in their surveillance camera to see if you're in the store & if not then this person accused you of getting the receipt from someone else & will not bother to look up your receipt & verify your credit card. Adding to the insult she insisted to bring back the item that I didn't have in the first place but was wrongfully charged. I've been coming to this store for many years because for convenience but now I no longer come to this store because one thing that freak me out that when this person check me out on the surveillance camera during that period I was there with my wife & daughter & see none of us in the video then definitely something happened with the store that we're not aware of the time we were there & surveillance was rigged. I should have listen to my wife telling me just forget the refund it's just $3.99+tax & not worthed of my time & since this is not the first but i always got my refund before & without scrutinizing me at all with the other manager but not with K. Terry.
