Aldi review: terrible service! 36

I'm not sure who made the decision regarding stock level at Aldi West End Brisbane but you have turned what was a great store into what looks like a closing down store. The shelves are empty daily, I feel sorry for the staff who have to defend this ridiculous change after building up a good store only to be let down by senior management.

My entire box of muffins only have 3 muffins in each package, when on the bag it says 4 muffins per bag. 8/23/23.

I bought a packet of 5% lean mince beef 300g reference number 83183B,and there was so little in it ,I decided to weigh it. The actual weight was 200g .I am well aware of the E on the packet ,but a1/3 reduction is not a close estimate. I brought it on Saturday 17th June 2023 in Aldi Coolock. Shrink flation is bad enough but this is just stealing.

WITHOUT PREJUDICE DeLonghi wall electric heater advertised in Aldi catalogue with 7 years warranty , 7 years warranty on the box : when I purchased it Aldi receipt showed 12 moths warranty ! It is False Advertising and scandalous abuse of customer's trust .

I will contact Fair Trading Australia as well as Customer Affairs and possibly media .

I have purchased black olives from ALDIs about a week ago. I decided to make a salad and put olives in there. Well as I’m eating my salad, I took an olive and bit in it and there was something hard, More than half the can of olives that I bought still had seeds in them. I’m concerned just thinking what to do if I didn’t notice it

I bought 1 pack of Austrian seedless grapes and found those insects inside . Really horrible experience, Aldi needs to put priorities on quality control and customer satisfaction. China is not a niche segment , issues like this will create havoc among consumer. Purchase date : May 07, 2023. Time 4:30 pm.

An aldi head office refuse a refund and I have the receipt.

I have emailed the ceo, did not care and telephoned twice, told no refunds and were very rude

there was only half filling in one of the pizzas, and very little in the other three, very disappointed.

The problem with the product is that it contains too much salt. I had to put the nuts in a sifter to knock off some of the salt.

We have bought these two times. The second time was March 9th. There were chards of bone in the one I was eating and also in my husbands. It happened on the first purchase, but we just let it go. This time, I had lower abdominal upset too. This is real concern. I shop at Aldis frequently, and this is unacceptable. What if a child had this happen?

Eggs, chips, and salmon fillets are not in stock. I had to visit another AlDI location, but it was the same there. This issue has existed for quite some time, not just occasionally. Poor service and insufficient supplies

There is no where to change food card number .I have been trying to buy food for three .You do know that food numbers change if you lose or something else ..Please let me know how as there is no way to contact you god bless

Yesterday 8/21/22 I was making a lunch wrap with the chicken. I bit into it and immediately felt something hard, I spit it out and it was a bone ! That label says boneless … I’ve added photos below.

I went to open a bottle of puraqua purified water just now and it cut my finger because the bottle had a mistake in it, a piece of pointy plastic on the opening of the bottle. what if a child had cut them selves, I'm going ot take it to the health department and show them the bottle, it was the aldis in middlefield ohio. recall it...

I bought some chicken on sale and it was spoiled. I made chicken soup and me and my family got sick.

I have been purchasing Superior dairy half n half from the Aldi in Northfield near Cleveland Ohio, and the last ten purchases have been clotted. Because this is a homogenized product, I have to assume it is rancid. Please notify Superior dairy to fix their product, or persue another supplier. Thank you.

I purchased a bag of Clancy's brand Nacho flavored tortilla chips for my son yesterday, and it turned out to be nearly pure seasoning (before I realized) and made him quite ill. Please see the photo!

I made shopping with my family at your store as usually, unfortunately the security man was our neighbor and he has some problem to us for over 7 years ( because we are from Poland) . Your store is due to close at 10pm, but when I visited, as I often do on my evening walk, the doors were closed, This is unacceptable.

I bought a packet of Saffron 0.5mg and to my dismay the box was empty, nothing inside, no sachet.

Attached is the picture. Saffron is very light weight and since i bought 0.5 gms i wasn't surprised that it was so light but it appears to be a fraud.

it smells like sewer or well water. is this even safe to drink?

I purchased 3 gallons of friendly farms 2% milk at Elkhart IN Aldi's and they were all spoiled.
I tried to return them and was rudely spoken to, called names (that i do not wish to repeat) ans turned away!
What can you do about this.?

I love the taste of Granola cereal, and have bought several other brands, this was the first time I bought this product. I had two boxes because of my love, though I am highly allergic to something in coconut. Usually I read the boxes before I but them, but they were Granola so I felt I didn't have to. I was surprised to find it contained coconut.

I like to refrigerate the can then eat alone/not as pie...was eating and choked on something...was stuck in throat, made me vomit...it was a cherry stem. This is very dangerous, as i keep to feed to my grandchildren...my name is Sherry Fox ph# [protected]
