To Albertsons Corporate Customer Service,
I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the condition of my local Albertsons store. Unfortunately, this location has consistently been poorly maintained, and my shopping experiences there have become increasingly frustrating.
The store is often visibly filthy, and shelves are frequently empty or poorly stocked. When items are available, I have noticed on multiple occasions that products are expired, which raises concerns about quality control and customer safety.
Additionally, bags for fruits and vegetables are rarely available, making it inconvenient to shop for produce. I have also been very disappointed in the appearance and packaging of the meat department, as the products often look unappealing and unsafe to purchase.
I have attempted to address these issues with store management, but the manager has been unhelpful, and has not provided any solutions or improvement. She actually creeps me out and gives me a bad feeling.
I have been a loyal customer, but the ongoing lack of cleanliness, poor stocking practices, and inadequate management support have made it difficult to continue shopping at this location to the point I travel to Santee to shop. I hope corporate leadership will look into these concerns and take steps to improve the store’s standards.

Desired outcome: My desired outcome is for corporate to inspect this location, remove expired products immediately, and improve food safety and quality control, especially in the meat department. Provide training and hire managers who take pride in store.
