Agoda Companybooking - hotel

we had room reservation through agoda.com but today when we called the hotel they said they dont have any booking and tried contacting agoda, no response. email sent to customerservice @agoda.com returned.. it is really shocking, i had to rebook the same hotel in other website by paying 4k extra.

we have used my cc for guarantee the booking.. since you have not booked i dont want any surprise by charging the card...

i have rebooked by paying 4k extra
