I have booked hotel JuSTa Rudra Resort & Spa at Kolad in Maharashtra for Check in on 1st Oct 2023 and Check out on 2nd Oct 2023 vide above Booking ID. The prize Freezed was Rs. 5199.15. I have paid a deposit of Rs. 832/- for price freeze. The above booking was done on 28th Sep 2023 and I was given time until 29th Sep 2023 12.15 pm.
On 29th Sep 2023, due to Half Year Closing, we had urgent meeting between Auditors and Management and I had to attend the said meeting since I was heading Banking Finance. The meeting ended at about 12.45 pm and I tried complete the booking. But there was no booking available and message reflected that the amount has been forfeited as time exceeded. I called help desk but they did not helped me with the booking.
As a result, I had to call the hotel and do the booking. I state and confirm that my booking was genuine and I have travelled and stayed at the same hotel in the dates for which price was freezed. I had to pay Rs. 7840/- to the hotel instead of Rs. 5199/-. I have also incurred a loss of security deposit of Rs. 832/-, which I paid to Agoda.
My humble request is -
genuine difficulty of customer should be considered and they should not be put to financial loss as this is a service industry.
Need your help and support to get the refund of security deposit back along with compensation for hardship faced

Customer service
My card details were leaked and was used in an unauthorised purchase at Agoda. I called Agoda customer service and was appalled at how their staff lacked empathy. I asked if there was any way I could stop the purchase as it was still parked under pending in my bank account and I have already deactivated said bank card and all the staff could say and repeat was “no booking ID I cannot help you”
Desired outcome: Get back to me and cancel that unauthorised purchase
Booking Refund
I requested to cancel my booking before it was confirmed but they said to wait for the booking to be confirmed before they can have an action regarding my concern.After the booking was concern no action was made. I was trying to email them with a different account sadly because my orginal email was deactvated by our organization but they are saying to use it.

Have booked yesterday into Crown Plaza Changi airport. for 2 nights .One June 2024 and other July 2024. Booking ID"s [protected] and [protected].
WE are booked into Standard Jewel Wing rooms. On your website it stated Optional benefit Breakfast at AUD 81 the item was ticked so I assumed that the breakfast was included the A$537 price .ON checking your receipt we received from Agoda there was no mention of breakfast being included.

Please note that I had booked a room in Goa from October 11th to October 14th for 4 members. 2 adults and 2 kids (4yrs and 5yrs). However, after receiving the confirmation, I noticed that the reservation was made for 1 adult and 2 children. In contrast, when I checked the Nanus Resort website, it indicated a deluxe room for 3 adults at a rate of Rs. 28,318.
I reached out to Agoda customer service in the hope of resolving this issue, but they offered assistance without fully grasping the problem. Now they have added the total capacity to 4 adults not assisting us in the way we want.
Desired outcome: I either would want to cancel and get my full refund back.

I have booked the hotel from the agoda site and paid the full amount. When I reached the hotel the hotel manager denied the booking and did not allowed me to the hotel. Now I want my refund of the amount which I have paid to the agoda. And a apology letter from the company side that It is there fraud that they have done with me other wise I will sue them in the court for the thing they have done frauding of hotel. I'll request people not to book from the agoda's site as they did not have the services in them.

Hotel booking
We had booked a room in Fortune Park, Vellore for 3 nights via Agoda for 2 Adults and 1 child.
However Agoda changes the guests number to just 1 person without my consent and me having done bookings numerous times trusted Agoda taking my details as entered by me. I went ahead with the payment and the only blunder I made was that I did nt check the email these frauds sent me with booking done for just 1 person.
On arrival today at the hotel I am shocked on getting t know from reception that the booking is only for 1 person!
I called Agoda customer care for help and they kept me on hold numerous times and even spoke in a unhelpful tone. The call went on for 2 hours with us being forced to feel humiliated. I told them that we are here with a kids for medical reasons and need help as we have travelled for over 28 hours to reach here. No help was received!
I STRONGLY RAISE MY VOICE FOR A REFUND OF THE EXCESS AMOUNT PAID BY ME.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology for the way the agent spoke n handled the situation & a refund for my loss.

About the charge process, the website that you made a booking has a cancellation policy until 2 days before check in date. So you charged by the company automatically. Desired outcome: I need a REFUND of the FULL amount as no one is responding to my information I have requested.
I also have issues using price freeze option.
Aug 5 2023 I chose to book a Price Freeze option for a family villa in Bali. (Screen shot attached of confirmation of the price freeze rate AUD2642.92).
I then booked the Villa straight away as this was showing as the last one and I didn't want to miss it. ( screenshot of confirmation of cost of Villa frozen rate AUD2642.92, less deposit paid AUD128.00 and total balance Inc taxes fees AUD554.96 = $AUD3069.87)
Due date for final balance is 10 Sept. Screenshot of costings attached which are now in IDR currency?
6 Sept I write to Agoda to reconfirm the final balance as our family are splitting the costs evenly so I needed a final total. Response of screenshot attached. For some reason the deposit paid is included in the final balance bringing total balance to $3209.50 - as costings are now based on Agodas exchange rate of IDR to AUD there is a slight difference to the pricing. I did email and enquire about why the deposit is included in the final total when the Agoda terms and conditions for a price freeze is, as long as you booked your hotel within the Price freeze hold time the deposit will be deducted from the final balance. Which I did. I did not get an answer to this.
10th Sept Due date Agoda has deducted AUD$3351.75 screenshot attached.
10th Sept I emailed and asked why the total balance ended up costing more than the Villa when I booked @AUD 2642.922 as Frozen rate and also asked again about why the deposit was included and what benefit was there to booking a price freeze when it doesnt make any difference at all and you charge the deposit again in the final balance. Response attached.
I was very upset at this point as I had based the split costings for our family based on the $3209.00 - let's not forget this is including the deposit already paid.I posted a review about how disappointed I was with this as I have been using Agoda for a long time, with no issues at all. I feel very let down.
Desired outcome: I was hoping to at least have the deposit AUD$128.00 refunded being that it was paid twice.

Booking Hongkong hotel
On June 22,2023, I saw the Hong Kong millennium new world hotel is HKD840/night on Agoda's website, so I booked the June 23,1 night. When the next day before noon to check in, I opened the mailbox to find Agoda confirmed letter display is USD840 / night, I was very surprised and shockd, I am immediately refused to check in, complaint to the hotel Front Office Manager, he suggested me to communicate with Agoda, Agoda customer service did not immediately give me any solutions, they said that they need to communicate with the hotel and suppliers, the fastest need 24-48 hours to give my response and solution. The hotel front office manager told me if I check, the cost of this room is HK$3999, but I declined, because it’s not my booking price, I feel cheated, so we left the hoter about 3 PM, There was no check-in and signature any paper. After then my credited card has been charged $840 instead HK$840. I feel so sad and I was cheated. Agoda refused to return the $840 to me until now.

Intolerable customer service experience - not able to check in even though there is a confirmed reservation
Here is my formal complaint, but not limited to the following, for the intolerable customer service experience that I had for my July 22 KSL booking in JB Malaysia that I was not able to check in for 4 of continuous communication with your customer service representative, even though I received a confirmation for my booking:
1. Accepting my booking reservation on the day itself with the 24 hour confirmation;
2. Receiving finally my booking confirmation but hotel manager was saying there was no such confirmation
3. Proposal of your customer service representative of me cancelling my booking reservation and Agoda will waive the cancellation fee for my inconvenience caused as if it was my fault;
4. Offering me an alternative hotel by your customer service representative after more than 4 hours of call exchanges;
5. Offering me $66.77 AgodaCash for not able to find an alternative hotel;
6. Receiving email asking me for satisfaction survey for my recent stay where I have not used it as there was no room available except for higher rate of $300;
7. Receiving email saying that my case has been resolved and my booking status is completed.
I am looking for the email address of your Customer Service, Training and Legal Department so I can send the formal complaint with the incident report.

Unauthorized charges/ incorrect booking

I booked HOTEL ALPINA LUZERN via Agoda for 2 nights from June [protected] and received a confirmation from Agoda for this booking. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that Agoda made a mistake and booked us at Hotel Alpina GRIMENTZ.
So, I reached out to Agoda Customer Support and was initially asked to go to Hotel Alpina Grimentz which was 4 hours away! I contacted Agoda again
and talked to Becca from Customer Support team; she has agreed that since Agoda made the mistake, AGODA will pay for the PRICE DIFFERENCE of the 500CHF (Agoda Rate which I booked) and the walk in rate we paid as long as we present the invoice provided by Hotel Alpina Luzern. Aside from that, since Hotel Alpina Grimentz has already charged us CHF 250 on June 11, 2023, they have agreed that they will refund that as well. Until this day, no refund has been made.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology for failing to honor the initial agreement made with Agoda.

Checked in Aug 26th and checked out Aug 27th at Apple Tree inn in Spokane, WA, USA
Paid for double suite with kitchenette for me and my sister and got a single room with one bed and rollup bed. The hotel said that it the booking company mistake as I was booked for only a single room.
Can you imagine all the inconvenience we went through in sleeping discomfort , expensive meals at restaurants and wasted food items we brought with us.
How can you make up all this for me?

booing # [protected] at City Express in Tijuana Mx, showed up for the PAID booking. hotel had no record of reservation and had no rooms available. called 5 times to Agoda cust service - they could not reach their `partner ` after over 45 minutes. Waiting in taxi for over 1 hour - never heard back from Agoda.
called 3 more times, they could never get any answer form their `partner. I called the hotel directly > no record of this booking made in April & PAID.
Called and sent 2 more messages - got no answer, still waiting for refund - Had to go to another hotel & book 2 rooms for my family because they had no double rooms. cost me $213.00 us which is double the amount of my confirmed booking of a double room with Agoda.
The worst customer service I have ever received!
Need to close their doors - go out of business. The owner CEO should be ashamed of his company & go hide in some other country > Singapore government would be ashamed of his name. I will contact the media in Singapore at Prudential building headquarters
