Booked a hotel but it didn't show in my bookings menu in app and now it charged me money
Hi, i booked bayview hotel langkawi during end of July but it didn't show up the booking details in the "booking menu" in apps. I didn't receive any email confirmation of the bookings as well. I checked my app for several days and keeping not seeing my reservation in the booking list. Also, i couldn't able to see the booking under Upcoming column in the apps. Thus, it made me thought i failed to make the hotel reservation. Today i checked my credit card, i saw my credit card was charged with the hotel reservation amount. I'm asking for refund as your app failed to immediate show my bookings after i made the reservation. This mislead me to think that i didn't manage to make the booking successfully. Ended up today I still need to pay extra for the booking fee. This is lousy! In fact, i didn't check in into the hotel and still need to pay for it.
The booked hotel services
I have booked the Salotto Piramide guesthouse in Rome on 9/10 - 10/10.
1. Not enough instructions to open the doors.
I have checked in and provide the link to me. But there is no instruction how to open the doors.
2. Nobody to provide service
Then I tried to phone call the given tel. No. But no one reply. I need to study the given link and finally to know to use the internet to open the doors.
3.The bed and the shower are damaged.
The bed have one coner fall off. And I have complaint to the guess house. The reply is there is nobody to repair due to Sunday.
The Shower door cannot move. The complaint is no reply at all.
4. According to the booking, there should have wellcome drink and water. However, I have never seen.
5. No any bed pads. During night, the temperature dropped and cause me get a cold.
After half month, no one reply and take care my case!

My booking was not listed in hotel list
Made booking via Agoda for one night stay at OYO 900600 61, Gua Musang, Kelantan 6th October 2022 and confirmed email received from Agoda. Confirmed id booking [protected].
Upon arrival at 1.30am the hotel said there is no booking. Call Agoda customer service and gave me a lame answers saying that Agoda partner did not confirm the booking and refund will be made within 7 to 14 days. That's it. How simple for an answer.
No booking made ,no refund given.
I searched for a deal online , and AGODA seemed the most reasonable for an overnight stay in Brighton Travelodge. When I had entered card details to pay , the location (even though it said Brighton Seafront) stated PATCHAM . When location details were shown ,map showed no hotel ! I wanted to stay at Brighton Seafront ,so,rang them (with a booking code AGODA had sent me ) only to be told there was NO booking there, and was asked to enquire other Travelodges in area. This I did ,but NONE of them had a booking from AGODA. I rang AGODA but was told (om a very bad line!) that no refund or credit could be given ,even though they had not booked me anywhere! Tried them on email ,but just got the same answers. They even stated that it was up to the hotel to sought out any refund ...even though NO booking had been made with them ,and the booking code or my name was not registered with them ! No refund...for something not supplied(?) . I had to make another booking with hotel I wanted ,and thankfully ,they had space . I paid them for this. After several emails , just saying the same this (bookings non refundable) AGODA have not contacted me. Your help in this matter is very welcome .

Saya membuat tempahan PADA 30/09/2022 melalui apps Agoda. saya dgn tidak sengaja tersalah pilih tarikh tempahan ( paid RM275.03), Dan segera memaklumkan pihak Agoda selang 5min temphn dibuat untuk penukaran tarikh. Malangnya, keesokan harinya saya menunggu 6 jam d luar hotel tetapi pihak Agoda hanya kata ' no response from third party' wal hal pihak hotel membolehkan untuk tukar tarikh. Duit saya RM275.03 lesap (RUGI) begitu Saja. Saya ingin duit saya semula!.

I cannot believe this. My name is Patrizia Ionni and I booked the Twin Towers at Greenwich in Sydney for 1st to 3rd of October 2022.
I had absolutely NO IDEA that I was being charged INTERNATIONAL by making a booking with AGODA.
I don't recall this happening before.
$8.22. If I knew this would happen, I would have stuck with Booking.com. I have always used my regular credit card or Paypal without any such charge.
Desired outcome: I would like for this to be refunded to my account. If it had been clear to me that this was going to happen as a result of using your service, I would have chosen a different method of payment.Email [protected]@gmail.com

Hi. I'd like to make a complaint about false advertising for this hotel.
I chose this hotel because of access to fitness centre and the swimming pool.
I checked in yesterday and was told the hotel no longer have contract to access the gym and swimming pool. I was very disappointed. I moved from summit hotel in Subang to empire hotel specifically for the fitness center and swimming pool.
I'd like to be compensated for the false advertising.

I am complaining about agoda deal
I got a deal with Agoda where by mistake I accepted the deal of the customer of Agoda, we charge 1200 for the single room for 24 hours but in this deal customer paid us Rs (360*3) & Rs (480*2) for 5 number of days so I stopped the offers from Agoda and I don't want to invite anymore such customers in future if I don't get any proper resolution I don't want my business to go into loss because of such customers & I got one more deal from Agoda for 24-Sep booking where the room rent is Rs 2999 but the deal was for Rs1307 where I did not approve, again I got the bad deal where it was loss for my company so please suggest me how to deal with Agoda customers whether I will be getting such customers again & again or is it for some technical issue because I have stopped all kind of offers in Agoda.

I booked a hotel in Lisbon through Agoda app for the dates 22-24 September, the application listed a pool in the facility section and it had a photo for the pool, after check in, I asked where the pool was and the receptionist informed me that they didn’t have one and that they aren’t responsible for this app and that I had to contact Agoda, I spent an hour on the chat with Agoda customer service agent requesting a full refund (JOD 200), but their only offer was JOD 38! This was a total rip off and not acceptable

At Aug-25-2022 I've booked 5 nights in hotel Napoleon from Sep-22 to Sep-27, 2023 in Paris using Agoda booking service. At Sep-16 I have received a notice of request for Additional information and after spending an hour on the line with Agoda customer support I've sent an email with all requested information. Despite that the day before departure my reservation was canceled with no explanation. I had to make an emergency booking using hotel Napoleon direct booking but due to the short term the price was $1500 higher than the original booking. Looks like a method they fool their customers. Never again.

My brother in law had booked a Villa Brittlewood Close Port Zimbali in Ballito South Africa for arrival on the 21.10.2021 and depart on 24.10.2021.
The booking was done and paid online with a credit card. All booking confirmations was received and we got another invoice from Shannon Villa
requesting us to pay another amount as a security deposit. This was paid to the banking details supplied. All confirmed documents were received, and we were looking forward to a good restful break. When we arrived at our destination on the 21.10.2021 we were told that there was no booking under this reference number, and we were scammed. The property that we had paid for doesn't even exist. You can imagine that we were disappointed and upset as this is alot of money that we had spent. We did have to try and find another place as we had family with us and had nowhere to go. We tried contacting Agoda numerous times and were promised a refund but to date none was received. We had called and the advisor said they will get back to us but that never happened. We feel that it was agoda's responsibility to get back to us as we paid for something that we never used. All documents are attached for referral purposes, and I hope that Agoda takes my case very seriously.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of amount paid (USD913.74) ZAR13266.66 and if Agoda will consider refunding me the security deposit of R6000.00 that the scammers received.
Being charged for a cancelled booking .

I’d like to make a complaint . Agoda has cancelled my booking and emailed me that they will not charge my card. However afterpay is still wanting me to make payments. I have contacted Agoda multiple times already and they said they will resolve the issue but nothing has happened and afterpay now is even charging me late payment fee for a booking that was never there . It’s so frustrating and this is very unfair to be asked to pay for a booking that was cancelled by Agoda.

Hotel reservation
We were planning to travel to Milan, Italy. 4-5 month ahead reservation been made thru Agoda company. Hotel booking was paid by credit card and among booking confirmation I had a receipt that booking is fully paid. When we arrived to hotel, they had no information about the booking. (September 8, 2022)
We called to Agoda, they said that booking was cancelled and the amount was returned to my account. Since we had no other choice, we paid for the hotel for 7 nights. When we came back, I provide all information it was hard, but they admit that it was their fault. I send them my extra expenses receipt for the hotel 3,150, they said that to do me a favor they can give me 10% of my original booking amount ($113.00). I have an all information printed out. This is not right. Where is Jastis. I am a retired person, 72 year old with limited income.

This reservation was not real. When we called the hotel they said that they were fully booked for a while now, and there was no reservation under our names. The hotel sent us away, and advices us to call you to book us somewhere else for the night. We tried calling you numerous times, at all numbers provided in the confirmation emails, and nobody answered the phone.
We ended up driving at night because we had no place to stay.
