Was told absolutely no charge for coming out and replacing the nest camera that stopped working Was told to pay the $63.13 and call once it posted for a refund. Now have been advised will not receive refund and whoever told me at the time of appointment was wrong. This is definitely devastating after being a customer for over 20 years and paying ADT over $10,000.00 over this time. Customer service reads from a script and replies over and over the same response. I have sent several people to ADT, but will never do it again.
