Our house was rubbed last September. We called ADT to help us improve the security. Your agent pushed us to activate existing out door cameras with a new DVR as we had forgotten the password for the existing DVR. This was a misrepresentation since cameras do not improve security, they are only good for after the fact when police can use them to catch a burglar. She also did not mention a monthly fee. Seems to make commission she misrepresented the contract, knowing that we are senior citizens and do not read the fine lines of a long contract.
The system never worked. Your techs have been here 3 times, each time with a time span of 4 hours. Additionally your techs canceled appointments 2 times in the middle of the day. We have tried to resolve the issue with no success. The system does not work. You have been charging us a monthly fee for a system that does not work.
We have asked ADT to take the system back and reverse the charges. Your office keeps asking to send a technician back again but we refuse to take time off work again.
Please stop all services till this situation resolves. DO NOT charge the credit card going forward for anything till you take the DVR back.
