I called in to make payment arrangements due to work injury and recovery time unpaid. They told me if I upgraded to the new system I would receive 3 months complimentary monitoring fees. When I called in to remind them that this month was complimentary to make sure my account would not be debited because I did not have my work income which was important as I was injured without workers compensation and have injuries and medical expenses, they would not honor the agreement. I provided the name and location of the representative. The first representative was extremely rude to me so I called back and said they comped me for one month instead of the 3 I was promised if I upgraded, so I would in fact be charged this month. I asked to speak to supervisor with the first call, and she said she was a supervisor which was a lie as I heard background noise while she was working from home. I told them the representative's name and location and they would not help.
Claimed loss: two months of complimentary monitoring fees will be debited from my account; additional sensors never received.
Desired outcome: Honor agreement of 3 months not one month. Sensors. I have been an ADT customer for many years before transitioning to ADT Blue 5 years ago
