ADT was contracted to provide security for a library. The system did not work. I would get a notification for a low battery but not for when a side door was accessed and left wide open! The customer service reps do not take accurate notes during conversations. One rep stated that my account would be escalated to upper-level management so that the charges could be dismissed.
Then I got a call stating that the account had gone to collections! Another hour-long phone call revolved around how we needed to open the account again so a tech could come out for the 6th time to try and fix the system. Who in the world would think that this is a worthwhile service?
