We have only had this equipment for less than 5 months. Needed it moved.
had to pay and have the equipment taken down but then ADT would not.
ship the equipment to the new location. Once at the new location we set up service over a week in advance. They called the day before and said they needed to reschedule, whoever took the information from the next address did not change the zip code still showing a different state. They corrected that they said they would be out tomorrow in the morning between 8 and 12 they called around 10 and said they would be out between 1 and 5. Then I received another call stating they had no one available and they needed to reschedule for another day. They do nothing or offer anything, not caring that we had to take a day off work for nothing. I would not recommend this service at all.
While the equipment was up we ran into issues with the camera not functioning
