We had our car broken into when it was parked in our driveway and the camera picked up absolutely nothing! I called several times and I know there are thousands of notes; however, nothing has been fixed. This past sunday my car was hit while parked out front of my house and the doorbell camera did not pick it up at all. Again, I called about this and was told that google chrome deletes the videos every three hours, and I have been paying for a service for over three years now that wasn't connected right. Honestly every single time I call I get different information and I always have a hard time understanding the sharp accents of the customer service reps. I am extremely disappointed with adt and do not feel safe knowing that my security system is with adt! I called today and was told that a supervisor would call me back between 11a-12p and when the phone rang I had to go through the props and wait for someone to pick up — even though adt called me and it was not a supervisor! This person went on to tell me that a supervisor can never call a customer! I simply cannot wait for my contract to expire in 2027 and find a real security system that works and makes me feel safe!
Recommendation: DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT WITH ADT THEY WILL LOCK YOU IN FOR FIVE YEARS FOR A SERVICE THAT IS SUBPAR AND ACTUALLY SUCKS
