Activision review: Unfair permanent ban while my account was hacked

My Activision account (SupremezZ#7723428) was permanently banned around Dec/Jan for alleged bot use. However, my Steam and Google accounts were hacked during that time, and I lost access for two weeks. I worked with Steam support to recover my account and, upon regaining access, discovered the ban. I immediately appealed, providing proof, but received only automated denials. I’ve been a respectful player for over 2 years with no prior violations, invested $300+, and had just grown a Twitch channel to 500 followers in 1.5 months. Due to the ban, I lost all progress and had to stop streaming. I’m not asking for refunds—only a fair review. I ask that the permanent ban be lifted, acknowledging my account was compromised. I’ve also submitted a legal notice to Activision, reported the case to the Federal Trade Commission, and hired a digital entertainment law attorney to oversee the process. I love this game and want to be part of the community again.
