Activision review: Black Ops 6 for ps5

I was playing Black Ops 6 yesterday and fine and all of a sudden I was hit with a permanent ban on my account for unauthorized software but how all I was playing on was playstation 5 and nothing else the enforcement team said I was and how can they prove it if I was playing the new map Bullet train and later that night 19:30 and when I went on to the game it said I was permanently banned
