Had my account hacked 16/04/2024

submitted a support and account recovery ticket the same day to be told that there was no suspicious activity on my account.

I have since managed to get the account back myself to now be banned for offences carried out by the unauthorized account. Their appeal policy states that offences committed by a hacked account will allow them to overturn a ban. This was not even reviewed and I received auto response after auto response.

They cant even follow their own policy and even though the security team have told me on 4 occasions that they detect no suspicious activity on my account the same security team have now banned my account for suspicious activity

Claimed loss: Circa £100 of game and skins and 600 hours of play time

Desired outcome: reinstatement of my account
