Dear ACT Fibernet Team,
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service I have been receiving. I paid nearly ₹5,000 for a 6-month plan expecting uninterrupted and reliable internet. Unfortunately, not even a single month has gone smoothly without serious disruptions. Almost every 10 days, my connection goes completely down, and the downtime extends for more than 5 days at a stretch.
As a work-from-home employee, this situation is beyond frustrating. I rely on stable internet for my job, and because of ACT’s poor service, I am forced to recharge mobile data packs daily just to complete my office work, incurring additional expenses on top of what I have already paid you. Despite paying for broadband, I am not receiving the service promised, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Adding to the frustration, I am not able to connect to a service agent easily, and there seems to be no permanent resolution to these recurring issues. I feel cheated as a customer because I paid for 6 months in advance, but ACT has failed to deliver even basic service quality.
I demand:
Immediate and permanent resolution to the connectivity issues.
Proper customer support access to address problems without repeated follow-ups.
Compensation for the repeated downtime and additional expenses I had to bear for mobile data.
If this is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to escalate this matter further. Also, given my terrible experience, I am planning to discontinue ACT services completely once my current plan ends.
