I had taken ACT Broad Band (6M+1m) with Bundle Channels about 2 1/2 years ago. As the bundle business was not satisfactory, I omitted Bundle Channels when renewing. Even the Broadband was not up to mark with slow speeds often. Hence, now I just renewed with updating to 200MB speed for 6M + 1m without Bundle Business of Channels as I had bad experience with not able to log in to my favorite channels. However, I just wanted to try for 1 month on monthly scheme, I was not happy & I told them I am not renewing & to cancel after 1 month of Bundle Business of ACT.
But they continue to send BiIl to pay & they refuse to Cancel my Monthly system. I have paid for that Month I had asked for.
Now they have gone to the extent of suspending my Broadband also for which I have just recently paid Rs. 6,330/-. They are refusing to listen to my requests to cancel both Bundle Channels & Broadband 200 MB 6M+1M. They continue to send bills to settle dues when I have the right to cancel after the term is over! They act totally adamant & illiterate. Now I have told them I do not need any service from them & cancel everything even at the cost of losing Rs. 6030/- I have written more than a Dozen e mails without any sensible response from them. What a great Gentlemen to do Business with?
