One Mr.Donda Kotiswar with mobile number [protected] contacted me and asked if I am interested in Act broadband. Since I was in need, I accepted his offer and asked him to arrange. He uploaded an application on behalf of me without my photo and without my mail ID. In place of my Mail ID, he filled it with a fake one. After making payment of Rs.3692/- on 26th September, one Mr. Hussain Jaffery came, installed a router and gave me ID and password. After his leaving, immediately the broadband service DEAD. When I called Mr. Hussain to check, he promised to attend but till date he never turned up. I tried to contact Mr. Kotiswar but he is also not responding to my calls. Till now my broadband is dead. In spite of repeated complaints, Act is unable to activate it, I am trying to contact ACT customer care, but typically they are not allowing customers to talk to their technicians directly and bluntly refusing saying the their support team is busy. Also they are cheating public by providing three false mail IDs and phone numbers
I am trying to change my personal info on the website as well as app, but I am not getting any OTPs from ACT either on phone or through mail.
